Summertime and the Livin’s Easy
We’re soaking up the sun and enjoying every
second of summer!
The McClain team celebrated the start of the
season at the Everett AquaSox home opener
June 23rd. The Frogs were on fire, beating
the Boise Hawks 9-1.
Many of us grew up attending these minor
league ball games (Samantha is even a
lifelong season ticket holder!), and returning
to Everett Memorial Stadium is a bit
nostalgic for all of us. Claudia’s son, Tim,
and Mary’s son, Grant, even worked for the
team in the concession stands.
Claudia is all smiles holding her peanuts
and McClain-sponsored peanut bag.
Peanut bags collect shells and make the
ballpark safer for those with nut allergies.
It was an extra special night for Nick and his
family. Nick has been attending AquaSox
games for as long as he can remember. Not
only was this his son August’s first baseball
game, but it was also the night daughter Ada
received her first game ball. This is a memory
the Pembroke family will treasure forever.
We’d love to see your AquaSox photos. Share
them with us at Facebook.com/McClainInsurance
for a chance to win an AquaSox goodie basket. A
winner will be announced August 1st.
AquaSox General Manager Danny Tetzlaff
gives Nick’s daughter, Ada, her first game
ball. This was a home run ball hit by AquaSox
player Kristian Brito.
Congratulations Graduates!
Summer also brings college graduations.
As grads transition from college to “real
life,” it’s important they think about the
role insurance plays in protecting their
belongings, future retirement accounts,
and future earnings.
We’re happy to walk grads through the
process of obtaining their first insurance
policies. Our insurance companies give
discounts to college graduates. PEMCO even
offers an exclusive discount to UW grads!
Ashley is a proud Syracuse Orange grad.
