A DARK GREEN QUALIFYING RIBBON WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH DOG OBTAINING A
QUALIFYING SCORE
A RECORDING FEE of $.50 will be required for each dog entered as well as an AKC Event Service charge of $3.00.This is
for each dog entered at any licensed or Member Club Show,
Obedience Trial, or Tracking Test. This recording fee is to be
collected by the show-giving club and paid to the American Kennel Club. If a dog is entered in more than one class in the show,
the recording fee is to be collected on the first entry only (AKC
Rule, Chapter 11, Section 2).
Entries received without fees will not be accepted.
UNSIGNED CHECKS AND RETURNED CHECKS DO NOT
CONSTITUTE A VALID ENTRY FEE.
Entry fees will not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent,
disqualified, excused by a judge or veterinarian, or barred from
competition by the action of the Trial Committee.
Any exhibitor whose bitch has come in season after the closing
date may obtain a refund of their entry, less $10.00 for administration expenses, upon presentation of a Veterinarian’s certificate to the Show Secretary prior to the start of any class the
morning of the show.
No entry will be refunded if the Trial cannot be open or completed by reason of riots, civil disturbances, fire, an Act of God,
public emergency, act of public enemy, strikes or any other
cause beyond the control of the Club.
The show-giving Club assumes no responsibility for any loss,
damages or injury sustained by exhibitors, handlers, or to any of
their dogs or property and further assumes no responsibility for
injury to children.
The owner or handler of each dog is solely responsible for the
presence of their dogs at ringside when it is judged. Judges are
not obligated to wait for any dog.
