Description du Produit CM600
Le CM600 est un module marchepied pliant méticuleusement
conçu pour la Renault Master/Vauxhall Movano et la Peugeot
Boxer/Fiat Ducato/Citroën Relay. Il est conçu en collaboration
avec des carrossiers et permet de réaliser rapidement une
opération de carrosserie qui est complexe.

Master
Le CM600 AVS a subi tous les tests VOSA. Le CM600 transforme
une opération de carrosserie majeure en une simple opération
de coupe et de boulonnage. Pratiquement sans entretien et
d’une utilisation facile, le CM600 offre au passager trois
marches faciles pour monter dans ces véhicules et, lorsque le
marchepied est fermé, le plancher plat est créé pour permettre
un accès rapide pour le conducteur et l’utilisateur.
Disponible avec une ou deux rampes pliantes.

AVS Steps a conçu 4 versions du CM600 adaptées
aux types de véhicules précédemment mentionnés
et pour deux types de plancher, le plancher
Innotrax et le plancher en contreplaqué 12 mm
conventionnel. Comme tous les marchepieds, le
CM600 a subi un grand nombre de tests, prouvant
que l’articulation d’une partie pliante en acier
robuste sur des axes en acier inoxydable est la
solution parfaite. Utilisation facile. Résistance
exceptionnelle. Tous les bords de marche
comportent des bandes anti-dérapantes tigrées.
Le marchepied est assorti au coloris du vinyle dans le
véhicule et est habituellement recouvert de peinture
poudre jaune pour le boîtier de marchepied et grise
pour la partie pliante. Les marchepieds sont fournis
avec tous les verrous et pattes de montage
supplémentaires. AVS Steps a conçu la glissière de
porte de façon à ne pas avoir à modifier la porte
proprement dite. Déjà utilisé sur plus de 250
véhicules. Il suffit d’un appel pour avoir la solutionboîtier d’AVS Steps pour résoudre un problème de
carrosserie difficile. Le marchepied facile.

The CM600R-3 cut in fold out steps has
been specifically designed for the Renault
Master.. The CM600 turns a major body
building job into a simple cut and bolt
operation. Virtually zero maintenance
and easy to operate. the CM600 gives the
passenger three easy steps into the
vehicles and when the step is closed the
flat floor is created to allow driver and
operator quick access.Available with
single or twin folding hand rails.

Cut-in-fold-out Step for Renault Master to suit NMI Floor
Cutting the vehicle
chassis
Before cut can be done
locate square hole in vehicle
floor Dimension 166 shown
on the drawing, should be
measured from the square
hole edge nearest to the
back of the vehicle
Dimension 275 shown on
the drawing, should be
measured fromfloor end lip.
Overall with of the cut
should be as close as
possible toFIXED STEP
width dimension
Note that chassis ribs must
be cut to allow fitting of the
step.
After cut out has been
made, use step as a pattern
for drilling holes. Once holes
have been drilled in
required position fit the step
through drilled holes using
provided fixings.

Rear Fitting Brackets must
be fitted to vehicle chassis
member by usingprovided
fitting brackets and fixings.
To fit brackets to vehicle
chassis two holes ø11 must
be drilled to allow fitting of
M8 Rivenut.

Step has been designed to
suite extruded aluminium
floor profile (pos. 1) which is
30mm high. On top of that
3mm vinyl sheet has to be
put (pos. 2). Because of
Fixed Step folded lips,
aluminium cannot be put
directly onto step as
difference in heights will
occur. Aluminium floor has
to be fitted as per drawing.
To fill gap between step
folded lip and top of the
floor, 30 mm infill must be
used (pos. 3). Aluminium
nosing (pos. 4)which goes
on top of the infill must be
flush with inner plane of
fixed step wall
