ALREADY ENROLLED IN ONLINE BANKING?
HERE IS WHAT TO EXPECT.
During the conversion to the new Online Banking platform, you may experience minimal interruptions in service
from May 6 - 8. On May 7, the Online Banking platform (EASI) will not be available for viewing starting at 1 p.m.
On the afternoon of May 8, our new Online Banking platform will be up and running.
NOT ENROLLED IN ONLINE BANKING (EASI)?
Simply go to ASIFCU.ORG for instructions on
how to enroll in online banking.
Have your member number handy.
For all account users, transfers will not be available starting at 3 p.m. on May 6 until the new Online Banking
platform goes live on May 8. Transfers may still be completed by going into a branch or by calling DASI
at 504.733.7336 or 800.725.2624 or the TSR Department at 504.733.7274 or 800.749.6193.
If you are a Bill Pay user, please be aware that starting on May 6 at 3 p.m. you will no longer be able to schedule
any new payments or modify existing payments until the new Online Banking platform goes live May 8.
Alerts - You will have to reset your email alerts.
(Ex: low balance, check cleared, etc.)
MOBILE BANKING

Log In Changes - Your username will remain the same and upon first
log-in you will be prompted to change your password.
Security Features - Due to added fraud protection using intelligent
authentication, you may randomly be prompted to answer
security/challenge questions.
CHECK BALANCES
Bill Pay Changes - Existing Bill Pay payees, as well as scheduled and/or
reoccurring payments will automatically roll over.
TRANSFER FUNDS
Payment Date Changes - Instead of selecting the day to send out the
payment, you will need to select the bill’s due date and the system will
determine the number of days in advance needed to process.

You must be an Online

the Online Banking platform.
Once in Online Banking, from
your phone or tablet, follow
the links to download the
mobile applications directly
from Apple and Google.

WELCOME NEW NICHOLLS MEMBERS
ASI would like to welcome its newest group of members. On
February 28, 2014 Nicholls Federal Credit Union (NFCU) and ASI
Federal Credit Union merged and opened doors as one
organization under ASI Federal Credit Union. ASI is excited to offer
these new members access to a greater variety of the best possible
products and services to help manage their finances.
ASI employees conducted a meet and greet to welcome the new
members on Nicholls' campus where more than 125 members
attended one of the ten informative presentations about ASI's
history and available ser vices.
ASI’s Thibodaux branch, which is in close proximity to Nicholls
State University, has drive -up ser vices and a full branch lobby.

ANNUAL REMINDERS
• Check with us to be sure your phone number, address and e -mail address are all correct on file with
ASI to avoid delay in receipt of important credit union account information.
• Be sure to maintain account activity annually (at minimum) to avoid account dormancy fees.
• If your name (as listed on your ASI account) does not match the name listed on your
Social Security Card exactly, please let us know to avoid an IRS TIN/mismatch name fee.
• If you have an ASI VISA, your card must be activated within 6 months to avoid closure
due to non-activation. You must use your card at least one time per calendar year to
keep your card open and active.
