GREAT OPPORTUNITIES FOR DADS!
Parent Connection will be hosting two very
special events for Dads or another special man in
your child’s life, such as a brother, grandpa,
uncle or friend. Each event will feature fun
activities and games for guys and children 0-6.
The Sports Spectacular event will be held at the
Downtown Appleton YMCA on February 22nd from
5:30-7 p.m. This will be a great winter getaway
for sports enthusiasts!
In Oshkosh this year, we are trying something new
called “Indoor Expedition”. Families should come
prepared to experience the great outdoors-inside! We will provide a fun, indoor camp
experience in the gym at the Boys & Girls Club of
Oshkosh on March 10th from 6-7:30 p.m.

Two Homes, No Battles
(For divorced or separated parents)
This one-night workshop is designed for
divorcing, separating, custodial, and noncustodial parents and family members
who are co-parenting their
children. Discuss how divorce will be a
time of transition and learn what parents
can do to make the transition less
traumatic. Thursday, April 7.

Siblings Without Rivalry
This two-night workshop covers practical
tools parents need to cope with conflict,

Parents will learn about developmental milestones for their children, why it’s important to recognize
key ages and stages, what to do if you have concerns about your child's development, and how to help

Annual Blue Ribbon Event, featuring a dance competition,
to benefit Oshkosh area children.
All proceeds from the event will support our local Parent
Connection program that helps reduce child abuse and
neglect through community programs that provide
family education and positive parenting techniques.
