Monday, April 11th is “Eat 4 Peace Day,” the result of a House of Representatives Resolution inspired by local and national food personality Tony Luke, who opened a restaurant in the country of Bahrain where he observed firsthand the phenomenon of healthy and positive relations being forged between multinational patrons who dined together exchanging cultural foods. “It is with great honor that I recognize the week of April 11 to April 22, 2016, as our 4th annual Eat 4 Peace Week.
