The TREEHOUSE HIDEAWAY SUITE is the perfect location for just
the two of you. Nestled in a wooded valley, secluded and romantic,
ideal for an intimate ceremony. Accommodates up to 10 guests.
The WALLED GARDEN is the perfect outside space for a magical
setting any time of day. This beautiful area accommodates up to
80 guests for a ceremony.
The MARRYAT SUITE accommodates up to 20 guests. The Master
Suite of the main house has a luxurious lounge with a large private
terrace and magnificent views of the grounds.
The SUMMER HOUSE is a stunning conservatory with views
overlooking the glen estate and accommodates up to 100 guests
for a ceremony.
The MORNING ROOM, situated in the main hotel, is ideal for up to
80 guests. Flooded with natural daylight and enjoying glorious views
of the croquet lawn.
The LAKE SUITE has its own private entrance and terrace
overlooking the magnificent gardens and parkland. The Lake Suite
can accommodate up to 150 guests for a ceremony.

Chewton Glen can be 'Exclusively Yours' for the most magnificent
wedding and guarantees total privacy of the main hotel,
lounges, bar and The Dining Room.
Exclusive use starts from 3pm on the intended day of arrival and
ends at noon the following day. We have a limited number of spa
members who will retain access to the spa, golf course and tennis
courts throughout this period.
We will work with you on a personal basis with bespoke pricing to
help you create the perfect wedding. Wedding breakfast, civil
ceremony, drinks reception, music, flowers and all other
requirements are charged in addition.

designed. The sumptuous combination of antique furnishings with
modern and traditional textiles, create a scene of timeless elegance
and comfort. Most accommodation at Chewton Glen has a terrace,
balcony or private garden. As you would expect in a world class
luxury hotel, each room is equipped to the highest standard to help
make your stay a wonderful, relaxing experience.

THE SMALL

In the event of any change in the taxation beyond the Hotel's control (eg.
increases in the rate of VAT), the Hotel may vary the price quoted to any extent
which reflects the change. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. WEDDING CANCELLATION
iii. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11am.
In the event of cancellation by the Client, all deposits are non-refundable. The
Hotel will undertake to mitigate its losses and to re-let the function room and
bedrooms at similar rates. The Client will be responsible for the loss incurred by
the Hotel in the event that rooms remain unoccupied, or are occupied at a lower
room rate on the date(s) booked. The cancellation charges imposed by the Hotel
will therefore reflect the actual loss. Any postponement of confirmed business
will be treated as a cancellation.
iv. A minimum two-night stay applies at weekends, although single nights are
sometimes available.
To safeguard against unforeseen cancellations, we recommend you take out an
insurance policy to avoid disappointment.

4. LOSS OR DAMAGE

Agents, Employees, Contractors etc.

Room, Summer House, Walled Garden, Treehouse Suite and Marryat Suite unless Exclusive Use is taken.
d. Lake Suite – please note we are unable to allow dancing and evening
entertainment unless the 12 rooms that surround the Lake Suite have
been reserved for the use of guests attending your wedding.
e. Marquees- only available on the Exclusively Yours package.
f. Fireworks available upon request through our nominated supplier – must
be prior to 10.30pm and arranged with the Wedding Co-ordinator.
g. Dancing and music available in the Lake Suite until midnight.
h. Lake Suite Bar available until midnight. An extension is available if the Exclusively Yours package has been booked. i. No pets allowed.
j. Charges will apply for unacceptable behaviour & damages.
k. Summer House, Garden Room, Oak End subject to availability bedrooms required for evening events.
Chewton Glen Hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to client’s property
during their stay. However the hotel will be responsible for its obligations under
the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956.

DIRECTIONS
For most guests the preferred route from London to Chewton Glen is
via Emery Down, avoiding Lyndhurst. We strongly advise following
this route. Lyndhurst gets very busy during the summer months and
at weekends and will cause a delay to your journey.

FROM LONDON
BY RAIL
Take the M3 out of London, follow M3 to the end taking the westbound
M27 towards Bournemouth. The M27 becomes the A31 after junction
1 and is signposted A31/The West/Bournemouth. You need to stay on
the A31 for approximately 2 1/2 miles, past the Rufus Stone services.
Take the next left signposted 'Emery Down'. Go over a cattle grid and
follow road for approx 3 miles. Follow road going straight on towards
Emery Down. Pass a pub called 'The New Forest Inn' on your right and
stay on this road until you reach the A35. Turn right onto the A35
signposted Christchurch/New Milton. (The Swan pub is opposite). Stay
on A35 for approximately 10 miles, ignoring any signs for New Milton.
After 10 miles is a major staggered junction. Take the left hand turn,
signposted 'Walkford, New Milton and Lymington'. Proceed through
and out of Walkford and then turn left into Chewton Farm Road, which
is immediately before a roundabout sign. Once in Chewton Farm
Road, the hotel entrance is on the right.

• Central London: 1 hour 50 minutes approx
• London Heathrow: 1 hour 45 minutes approx
• London Gatwick: 2 hours approx
The journey time from London to New Milton is 1 hour 45 minutes
and Chewton Glen is 5 minutes by car from the station.
Alternatively the next nearest station is Brockenhurst. The journey
time from London is 1 hour 30 minutes and Chewton Glen is a
lovely 20 minute drive across the New Forest from the station.
Brockenhurst station has cross country connections from all parts
of the UK.
