All first-time youth participants must provide a copy of their birth certificate in order to register. A $5 non-resident fee is charged to all youth participants that do not live within the city limits of Richland. Information, fees and dates are subject to change and/or cancel. We offer youth activities such as soccer, basketball, football, baseball and softball; many senior events; and this year we will be offering activities for our in-between ages (young and middle adults.)
