WHEREAS, the Agricultural and Fishery Council (AFC) is a special body created
under Executive Order 116
to encoura8e private sector part.icipation in agriculture and fishery development through
consultation, advocacy,
planning, monitoring and project evaluation;
WHEREAS, ths Council's rnenrbership is ccn':posed of sixty (G0%) percent private and forty (4o%) percent
Bovernment sector representatives;
WHEREAS, MAFC Chairperson from the twelve (12) municipalities of the province served voluntarily
and
fully supports all activities of the Council;
WiiEREAS,they attendnieetingsandoihei-activitiesoftheCouncil
attheii-o.vvnexpense;
WHEREAS, the Council thru its Chairperson would like to solicit supporl from the LGU for the private
sector to participate actively in all deliberatiorrs anci meetings of the council;
WHEREAS, the inclusion of AFC budget in the LGU's is provided under DILG Memorandum No. 2001-121
ciatecj September i2, 2o0i anci the DILG-DA ioinr lviemo circular No. 01, Series 20i3;
WHEREFORE,
on motion of MAFC Chair Vicente Raviz duly seconded by Mr. Gregorio Opeda
BE lT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to request Honorable Edgardo A. Tallado, Governor Camarines
Norte to grant at least Three hundred pesos ( Php300.00) honorarium to rvirC cfrairpersin'auring attendance to
PAFC meeting;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that concerned MAFC Chairperson shall submit accomplishment reporr for the
month in addition to their proof of attendance as basis of their claims;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of thls resolution be transmitted to Honorable Governor Edgardo A. Tallado
and the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their kind consideration,
