Polaris. Flavor for your beer.
Polaris. Flavor for your beer. Polaris – a new variety from Hüll. What is Polaris? Hop growing regions: Hallertau & Tettnang The 2012 newly approved hop variety Polaris, from Hüll, has been classified as “Flavour Hops” due to its characteristic aroma and taste. Highest quality is achieved by contracted cultivation with selected hop growers in the best locations. Polaris, with its fruity and refreshing hint of “Glacier Mints” effect, is very convincing. Polaris is best suited specifically when used to achieve sensory differentiation of top fermenting, dark and speciality beers. Polaris is suited for use in top and bottom fermenting beers. The special fresh and fruity characteristic can be individually adjusted to the existing taste profile of the beer. Recommend usage: Polaris brewed beers are very impressive by their quality of bitterness, and the enhanced aroma profile. The special fruitiness of this Hops can be worked out by dry-hopping.
