The lower level houses a modern
auditorium for audiences of up to 300.
A control room and mixing console stand
ready to satisfy professional demands.
And if your audience is international, then
you’ll be pleased to know that the auditorium is equipped with four interpreting
booths for simultaneous translation. For
added comfort, the tables and speaker’s
lectern can even be adjusted in height.
The auditorium is flanked by atriums
which bring in natural light from above
and give your guests a welcome chance to
step out through glass doors.
A spacious foyer with a cloakroom, trendy
bar and lounge offer plenty of space for
breaks and exclusive receptions. Seminar
rooms 5 and 6 are directly adjacent to the
auditorium.

Seminar Rooms 1–4
Welcome to our seminar facilities
consisting of a reception desk, a
spacious reception area and four
seminar rooms with natural daylight and
top-notch seating.
The bright and airy Seminar Room 2 is
used primarily for catering, and it opens
out onto a garden terrace you are free to
use whenever the weather permits. The
seminar rooms can of course be dimmed
or darkened as required.

Upper floor:
Ballroom
The Ballroom is the perfect backdrop for
events or festivities that your guests are
sure to long and fondly remember. They will
also not fail to be impressed by the grand
staircase which sweeps up to the Ballroom
from a courtyard garden, as well as by regal
views of the nearby Great Garden.
Outside, tradition reigns. Inside you’ll
enjoy all the amenities of a modern venue.
Whatever you wish to stage – a scientific
lecture, a corporate celebration, a talk
show, a concert, a wedding reception and
more – the parquet is yours!

Roof Pavilion Bar &
Meeting Room,
Rooftop Terraces
Besides the Ballroom, the upper floor
also features the inviting Roof Pavilion
Bar and the Roof Pavilion Meeting Room,
thus opening up even more possibilities
for your conference or festive event.
Each pavilion opens out onto a spacious
rooftop terrace of its own, with breathtaking views of the Great Garden and its
impressive fountains.
In the Roof Pavilion Meeting Room, up
to 22 persons can take a seat at the
conference table. A 70-inch monitor is
available on request.

A modern venue with
a Neoclassical face
The Royal Palace of Herrenhausen was
destroyed in World War II and rebuilt
in the years 2010 to 2013 according to
original plans drafted by none other than
Georg Friedrich Laves.
The building’s Neoclassical sandstone
façade graces a modern, exquisitely
appointed conference facility within,
notable highlights of which are the
spacious foyer, a staircase with wide,
wooden balustrades, natural stone floors
with fossils and fine oak parquet.
You will also be pleased to know that we
stand committed to sustainability and
barrier-free access. In fact, the entire
palace is heated by means of ecofriendly geothermal energy.
