Recent, Local Severe Storms Made a Big Splash We recently saw a storm that caused flooding and some of the worst water we have ever had. It was speculated that Northeast Ohio saw four inches of rain per hour one day. LELA Members reported water in many of their homes which led to repairs and other expenses, such as hot water tanks. One member noted they had to repair three hot water tanks while another larger landlord said they had 35 hot water tanks out.
