Step 1 – Go to Google, Yahoo or any search engine, type in National Philoptochos and Click on it to open
Step 2 – Go to Resources Tab and drop down to click on Membership & Elections.
Step 3 – Scroll down to 2016 Chapter Membership List and double click to open and download the form.
Step 4 -If you see this screen, click on Open. If not, just continue on to next step.
Step 5 - If you see enable editing, click on it. If not, go on to next step.
Step 6 – Go to File and then Save as 2016 Membership Chapter _______ (your ĐŚĂƉƚĞƌnumber)ŝŶdžĐĞů.
Do NOT Save as PDF. This step will save this document/file to your computer.

Step 7 - Complete required information on the top and fill in member info using your computer keyboard͕ŝŶĐůƵĚŝŶŐ

Step 8 – Go to file and “Save” the final filled out chart. (Please make sure you have included all members’ email
addresses)
Step 9 – Go to your email and open a new email to send this document.
Step 10 - Address email to [email protected]
Step 11 - Go to Subjectand enter ƚŚĞǁŽƌĚƐϮϬϭϲDĞŵďĞƌƐŚŝƉ͕ĨŽůůŽǁĞĚďLJyour chapter number
Step 12 - Click on the
on your email to attach the document.
Step 13 - Look into your files for your saved document and double click on it. When you see the name of your
document appear on your email, you are ready to press Send. No text is necessary.
