The upgrade will involved modular tanks being placed beneath the ground to help with the rainwater filtration process. Soil will be placed above the grating and planted with cow grass. This process will take about five months. After that, river sand will be spread over the field to ensure a smooth surface while the water drainage system is put under observation for six months.
