Generally speaking, manpower is mainly for stuffing raw material and packing carbon
black/steel wire, only one person is needed when the machine is running. So manpower
can be assigned to other recycling lines/other things after stuffing/packing. The
manpower it depends on the job, so its hard to say, but it won't be more than 6 ppl for
one set and it shoud be considered based on the whole plant, so the plant with four
recycling lines may need 10-12 persons.

as internal combustion or to the factory which need it as raw materials, such as shoe, tire,

Summary: The above analysis shows that using waste tires to extract fuel oil and
carbon black is a great and environmental project, which can convert the waste to
treasure, good to people and the country. Take the waste rubber (tire, cable skin, sole
etc.), plastic, which you can collect easily at low price, as raw materials, and produce
products of high values is the biggest advantage of our equipments. Under normal
circumstances, you can get all your investment back in 6 months.

We are able to revise the design with auto‐feeding system(screw feeder), the problem is it’s not efficieny enough and you have to shred the raw materials into small pieces like dimensions 50mm*50mm*50mm for using the auto‐feeder), the cost is not low. And the carbon removal system is automatic. As for the steel wire, it can be removed from waste tyre before they are put into the furnace, with our tyre cutting machine. E.g. 1.Cut a whole car, bus or truck tire into 7-8 pieces.
2.Feed the furnace with the tire pieces.
3.After the tires are loaded, burn the hearth and start to heat the furnace, then start the
power.
4. When the temperature reach 180℃, the oil gas begins to generate, it passes the
interface channel and then goes into the atmolysis tower.
5.The heavy and light oil gas are separated in the atmolysis tower, the heavy one
precipitate in the bottom, and the light one keeps on moving and going through the
catalyst in the headpiece.(the quality of the oil catalyzed by the catalyst is better than
the one never been catalyzed).
6. The oil gas catalyzed continues to pass the pipeline, and is turned into liquid fuel oil
after the cooling of two condensers.

whole process is finished, we collect the oil by the oil-out.
8. HC gas generates while the system generates the oil gas, when the fuel oil remains
in the bottom of the separator, it goes on passing the pipeline, and goes into the
gasholder finally.
9. One part of the HC gas is leaded on to the hearth and burnt as fuel there; while the
other part is burnt in the burner.
10. In addition, the smoke dust produced by burning the fuel goes into the smoke dust
processing system for purification treatment.
The whole system output into the air is only the water steam, so it can not affect
environment.
11. After the furnace is cooling down to around 60oC, the carbon black will be pushed
out from the furnace automatically and conveyed for packing. And there may be steel
wire in the furnace need to be get out if you didn’t remove the steel wire from raw tyre
before stuffing.

About 50kg catalyst will be put into the catalyst tower of each recycling line at first time. after running
1-2 days, get them out (for re-generation for re-use), and put another 50kg into the catalyst tower.
50kg catalyst can be used for a long time until they cannot be regenerated. So one ton of catalyst
could be used for more than 3 years as they can be regenerated for re-use.

Total power for plant with one recycling line: 5.5 + 2.2 + 0.37 + 4 + 2.2 + 0.5 = 14.77KW/H
