MAINTENANCE LOT SALE Photo Manifest and bid sheet - Version 3 Current as of 19/03/2014 LOT SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS Village Roadshow Theme Parks Pty Ltd (“VRTP”) is holding a lot sale at its Warner Bros. Movie World site. The sale items consist of various pieces of ex- ride and attraction equipment including a number of vehicles from our HSD stunt show. Item photos and descriptions are detailed later in this document. The lot sale will be by silent auction and will function in the following manner:1. Interested buyers can inspect the sale items on Friday the 21st of March and Saturday the 22nd of March 2014 between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm. The items are located at the Warner Bros. Movie World maintenance warehouse. A map and directions are at the end of this document. 2. All sale items are clearly marked with individual lot numbers and match the photo and description in the photo manifest forming part of this document. 3. Alongside each photograph of a sale item in the photo manifest is a section where bids for that lot can be inserted. If a prospective buyer is interested in bidding on any item (or items) then the bid amount is to be clearly written (or typed if completing electronically) in the corresponding bid section alongside each item’s description and photo. 4. The bid amount shall be in whole Australian Dollars and will be the total price payable for the item as no GST, buyer’s premium or any additional amounts will be applied. 5. This whole document with bid/s amounts included must be submitted by 5.00pm on Monday the 24th of March in one of two ways:o by depositing this document with all sections completed in the locked drop box at the entrance to the Warner Bros. Movie World Maintenance Warehouse on the Friday and Saturday viewing days only; OR o by scanning and sending the completed bid document by e-mail to the following address – [email protected] 6. The winning bidder for each item will be notified by e-mail or by telephone. Please ensure that your bid document includes a valid email address and telephone number. 7. The lot sale is generally unreserved however VRTP reserves the right to unconditionally withdraw an item from the lot sale at any time regardless of whether that item has bids lodged against it. 8. If you are the winning bidder for an item you will be required to pay for the item in full by cash or bank cheque and remove the item from our premises within 7 days of the close of bidding i.e. by 5.00 p.m. Monday the 31st of March 2014. For some items VRTP may be able to provide assistance for loading items onto utes, trucks and trailers by forklift however this will be by arrangement only at the time of payment/pickup and cannot be guaranteed to be available. 9. Any item not paid for or picked up by the due date will be deemed to have been forfeited and may be offered to the next highest bidder at VRTP’s discretion. 10. This photo manifest is current up until the 11/03/2014. Additional lots may be added and placed on display which do not appear on this manifest. If you wish to bid on late items you will need to pick up a Version 2 manifest on either the Friday or Saturday. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:• Sale items are purchased in an “as is” condition as inspected by the bidder prior to submitting their bid • VRTP shall not be liable to make any repairs, effect works, make improvements or carry out any maintenance to the sale Items after the time of sale • The description of the sale items is offered as a guide only and in good faith but should not be relied upon exclusively. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that sale items are as described • To the extent allowed by law VRTP gives no warranty that the sale items are of acceptable quality, free from defects or fit for the purpose of their intended use or that same comply with applicable legislative requirements or Australian Standards. IN particular PLEASE NOTE: Pre-production Mitsubishi EVO 10’s cannot be road registered in Australia under any circumstances.
