Tips & Reminders
• If you ordered gluten-free, decide how to allocate them among troop
• Have girls set goals at abcsmartcookies.com (Goal Getter patch)
• Collect money when cookies are delivered, not when taking orders
• Checks:
• Written to GSHCC (Girl Scouts Heart of Central California)
• Deposit to GS Council’s bank (cash to troop’s account)
• Limit check amounts to $60 (unless it’s someone you know is reliable)
• Number of adults and girls at booth sales:
2-3 girls per table, 1-2 parents per table
Important Dates
Orders:
• January 9th - January 25th Girls take initial orders
• January 26th - Deadline to Enter Initial Orders
• Jan 26th – Feb 18th - Girls continue taking orders
