Contest Rules
1. Contest begins Monday, October 24,2011 and ends Friday, October 28,2011 @ 5pm
CDT.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Must be 18 years or older to win.
5. One entry per household.
6. The Houston SPCA will randomly draw one (1) daily winner each day of the promotion
from the photos emailed to [email protected].
7. Prizes will be awarded in the following manner ...
a. Monday October 24, 2011: One (1) gift certificate from Crave Cupcakes
b. Tuesday, October 25, 2011: Dinner for four (4) from Becks Prime
c. Wednesday, October 26,2011: Thirty-Five Dollar ($35) Gift Certificate to the
Chocolate Bar
d. Thursday, October 27,2011: Dinner for two (2) at Barnaby's Cafe
e. Friday, October 28,2011: Gift Certificate to Sprinkle's Cupcake Houston
8. By entering and emailing a photo to [email protected], participant
agrees to allow Houston SPCA usage of photo in future promotional materials.
9. Employees of the Houston SPCA, FKM, Sterling & Associated, Crave Cupcakes, Beck's
Prime, Chocolate Bar, Barnaby's Cafe and Sprinkles Cupcakes are not eligible to win
10.Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No substitution or cash equivalent will
be made.
11.Winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes.
