Hi Bruce,
Sorry it has taken so long to email you to send the biggest greatest thanks for such an amazing
job you did at our wedding. When we got back to Dubai we hit the ground running and we are
only now getting around to our most important thank you's.
We can not express enough thanks for the wonderful job you did, not just at the ceremony and
reception but also the day before at the rehearsal. Taking the time to sit with our MC to help him
out was definitely going beyond what we expected from a DJ and it made all the difference. So
many of our guests have commented on your great work, you really read the crowd and went
with it which was exactly what we were looking for. I don't know if you remember but when we
first met, I told you there would be lots of dancing at our wedding and dancing there was!!! It
was so great to have everyone up and dancing even before the main course.. I mean how often
do you see that?!

Jarrod and I would just like to say thank you so much for the wonderful job you did as
DJ at our wedding. We had a fantastic time and we were so happy that everyone danced
the night away which was exactly what we wanted. I think the fact that people were up
and dancing before dinner was served says it all! Quite a few people commented on how

I did not have a chance to write earlier but I just wanted to let you know how happy Mat and I
were with your work. We had a fantastic time! Even though the Italian side were a tough crowd,
you still managed to get a large group dancing. We couldn't believe it when three of the cousins
got up to join the conga line and the Italian dancing.. we have never seen them dance at a
function before! It was such a big deal, that we had someone pop outside to get everyone to
come in and witness the moment.. hahaha!!

Before we head off on our honeymoon tomorrow, we wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to you for
putting on such a great event for us at our reception on Saturday.
The music was great! You somehow managed to find a whole bunch of the eclectic songs that
we added to the list which was really quite impressive! You ran a tight ship and we really
appreciated how you kept us informed throughout the night, invited our parents and others to
request songs and all-in-all just created a very welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening.
You managed the entire reception perfectly and we will certainly be recommending you to our
friends.
It’s a shame we weren’t able to catch up more than briefly on the night but as you said in your
closing, our disdain for Love Shack is certainly a mutual link between us!!

Thank you sooooooooo much for the amazing support you gave Jaron and I on Saturday.
We are so thankful that you were there - between you and Mandy we had no worries in
the world!
I really am surprised at the lack of party people that filled the floor and how hard you
had to work to get the crowd up there! Although I imagined the floor to be filled all night,
the feedback that we have had is that everyone had an awesome night - I think the crowd
must have been in a mood to chat and hang out at tables rather than burn off their meals.
I also want to thank you for your patience with my nieces. I know Emily and Holly really
bugged you with requests and Emily even gave you her ipod so that she could get her
way! I'm sorry for the irritation they may have caused, but they really REALLY took a
warming to you. To tell you the truth, when i saw Holly (the next Beyonce) on Sunday
morning, she answered the door in her wedding heels and flower headband. She told me
that she woke up crying and was very upset that the party wedding day was over. She
also was missing her new best friend 'Bruce'.
We all are going to have so many fond memories of our wedding day - it is completely
surreal that it is over, but it would never have turned out the way it did if we didn't have
you there to share our day. To us, the day was complete perfection, we couldn't have
dreamt of anything better!
You really went beyond any expectations Bruce - thanks again for your professionalism
and friendship.
We wish you all the best for your future and hope that one day soon we'll get to see you at
a function again.

Bruce, how are you travelling? Hope you are well and spinning those disks. Just following up to thank you
for the professionalism and genuine interest you showed in Anne’s 40th. A lot of people at the party
acknowledged that part of the success of the party was having a dj tune in to the crowd and play music that
almost demanded people get up and dance (as distinct from a lot of parties these days where people assume
they can load some music on to an ipod and that it will create the necessary atmosphere to have people
dancing all night-which is typically does not!).

with Anne to have a post party “de-brief” and reminisce about the evening

I can’t believe it’s been nearly three months since the wedding, nor can I believe how amazingly
slack I have been with my thank you’s!
I was talking to Leigh last night about how we haven’t even spoken to you, or our minister, the
two people who really made our day awesome! We have had a few people say how brilliant you
were, and that you were running around organising stuff with the function manager (my god, I
can’t even remember his name, how bad is that!). I barely noticed it, and I guess that’s the point,
we trusted you when you said you’d liaise with them to make everything run smoothly, and you
did! And you did it brilliantly! Plus the music was a perfect mixture of what we love, and what
everyone else wanted to hear. I still can’t believe I was moshing to Millencolin in my pristine white
wedding dress! Haha, so me!
Thank you for all your hard work on the night, you were just brilliant, and sorry we have taken so
long to get back to you. I think with all the stress in the lead up, afterwards you don’t want to think
about anything wedding related at all! I also think our best man & bridesmaid (Dave & Colleen)

Not only did we have an amazing time, all of our guests had a blast!!!
So many guests, from the youngies to the oldies commeneted on your music selection. It wasn’t just the
music choice, but the timing of the tracks. You knew when to play what, which made for a jam packed
dance floor.
You worked very well with our MC, Jim, and people are still talking about you letting him do karaoke on
the last song! By all accounts it was a classic!
Many people say that if the music is good, then the reception is good. So you can take knowledge knowing
that you had a big impact on our, and everyone else’s day.

Hi Bruce,
We are back from our honeymoon with a kick-ass tan and some very happy memories.I can't express to you
how happy we were with our entire wedding day. We had the most amazing and magical day ever. I was
so pleased that everything went without a hitch and I didn't have to worry about a thing all night.
Everything was under control and taken care of by the professionals.
People have raved about the reception. I'm not sure if people were just being super nice but I was shocked
by the amount of people who said that it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to. I personally have
never felt that strongly about a wedding reception before so I hope they are being honest! I feel in my
heart though that what they said is true and that they really did have the best night. That makes me so
happy.
Nick and I are so happy with the way you handled things from the very first meeting right through to the
reception. You have a fantastic sense of humour and Nick thought that your 'beanie' joke was very funny.
We had some fantastic feedback about your work from many guests (with the exception of an old Aunty who
thought it was TOO LOUD). Shut up to her! I intend to write a lovely expression of thanks for you that you
can use to help attract future business. I would like to spend some time on it though so if you could give me
a couple of weeks, I will provide you with something special.
I hope that our friends Daniel and Kate choose to book you for their wedding in Feburary. If so, we will
have to catch up for a drink (if you are allowed to of course!).Thank you again for the most wonderful

I wanted to let you know that Joanne and I were extremely happy with the way you handled the
entertainment and MC functions on Saturday night. We had lots of positive feedback from all age groups
and the simple fact that the dance floor was packed all night from start to finish says more than I can.
We had hoped and planned for a party, but it went off better than we could have imagined. Thanks so much
for your help and enthusiasm, so many people made positive comments like "my daughter did her first Nut
Bush" and "isn't it amazing how everybody including the kids liked the older music".

Hey Bruce I just wanted to thank you profusely for helping our wedding become to the party we wanted it
to be. To be honest up until the actual night Steve didn’t want a DJ. Now however he can’t wait to book
you for his 30th in September and has been telling his friends that you were the best idea he ever had…..
Also the family is still in shock at seeing my 85 year old Nan carving up the dance floor pumping the air
with her walking stick – you gave her the night of her life. The only complaints we had was that the music
was soooo good and people’s feet were aching from dancing too much.

work and putting up with our total lack of organisation. Our wedding was a great success and you were a

We can't thank you enough for the amazing night we had aboard the Yarra Queen on the 21st January
2006 when we exchanged our Marriage Vows. The night was hot but we had the best night of our lives. The
night was special, the food fantastic and the staff great. But you Bruce was the shining star. You did a
fantastic job not only with the music choice but with the MC work. You worked in well with all and l've had
great comments in regards to your MC work. Meeting you was like meeting up with a long lost friend
again, you really are a people's person. You made for a great night. I will be recommending you to

at the Mordialloc Sporting Club.
Firstly can I congratulate you on your professionalism thru-out the night it was certainly a pleasant change
to have someone who not only takes their work quite seriously but can deliver what the client requires to
make their night a memorable one.
Secondly your working environment was at the upmost highest standard with your equipment being very
well kept up to date with the latest technical needs, your mannerism dealing with different people right thru
the night and always checking with Amanda if that was to go ahead with her approval ( considering she
was the one paying the bill at the end of the night ) and of course your mixing of music I hear was one of
the finest ( I wouldn't know a good mix to a bad mix but its all feedback at the end of the day).
Thirdly I would like to add that I have been to a lot of functions over my time and your contribution to this
function was truly one of the best if not the best.
Thank you for showing us that there are young people who do take pride in their work no matter what field
they choose and you certainly led by example.
