The cinema is a fully digital cinema the 2nd in Lagos Nigeria, with a seating capacity
of about 800 pple. This is to cater to the entertainment needs of the people of Festac
town/ amuwo odofin. Located within the only mall in amuwo odofin local govt area
This would be the maiden series of silverbird cinema's new look, bright and colorful.

This a dear project to us and to silverbird cinemas as this is the very first cinema by
silverbird and in Nigeria after the collapse of the cinema era in Nigeria. We were given
the task to come up with a more modern design that would brighten up the cinema floor
and reassure their customer that silverbird is the #1 entertainment brand in west Africa.
The galleria has been lef t for too long. Now its on the verge of a rebirth. A remodel of the
concession area with new concession stands, digital display screens, new projectors, new
floor and wall. The execution of the project is set to commence in April and end in May for
her anniversary.
Ozone Remodel Project

We were tasked to give the old ozone cinemas a new look, “which we do best”, the clients
wanted to attract the more of the youths, making the cinema look modern. We came up
with the most minimal but distinct changes, playing with colours, lights and materials we

The casa lida project was a conversion project where the space was formally a night club.
Krossbreeds was tasked with the job of converting the space into a restaurant with a
separate building to house a bakery. Restaurant and bakery is part of a mini complex
housing other brand which Krossbreeds was instrumental to their creation.

The project commenced during the pupil's academic session, therefore work had to be
carried out after school hours. For safety reasons, we didn't want the construction noise
distracting the kids, let alone the health implications from the noise and the fumes from
the spray paint. Therefore work lasted till night time.

Temitope Kelvin Babs-­Jonah
Temitope Babs-­Jonah holds a B.Sc. & an M.Ed in Architecture from the University of Lagos and
a member of the Project management Institute, Pennsylvania, he also has a certificate in level
3 H.S.E from the Nigerian Institute of Safety professional, and in the process of acquiring a
certificate in LEED.

designs he is a graduate of the University of Uyo in
Civil Engineering and a Master degree in structures
from the University of Benin and a registered
engineer in Nigeria.
Temitope Babs-­Jonah, has also been a different type of architect who prides himself in
branching out into other aspects of architect, he had a lot of experience in the entertainment
architecture, working for the number entertainment brand in the whole of west Africa
(Silverbird group), designing and project managing most of their cinema developments,
he then moved to one of American top cinema fit out companies Universal cinema services.
Mr Babs-­Jonah has been instrumental to the successfully execution and delivery of most of
the cinemas by Silverbird cinema in Nigeria, Ghana, Equatorial Guinea, Italy, Sierra Leone.
He has persona that gives all his clients and team member a reassuring comfort.

Mr Ojolowo is a trained architect
who graduated with a Bsc. in
Architecture and Masters in
Environmental Design from the
University of Lagos.

Erroll Louis Panzeca
Erroll Panzeca comes from a background of more years in construction than he wants to
acknowledge. He carries a residential and commercial license honored in several states.
Starting with residential custom homes then moving on to commercial projects before finding
a niche in the theater business. For the last 16 years he has traveled the world coordinating
the installation of theater equipment, offering construction management and consulting on
theater design. This started with local installations for Hollywood, Galaxy and AMC theaters
here in the US and quickly branched out to projects in Japan, Italy, Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and
Equatorial Guinea and beyond. His ability to work with different cultures, foreign languages and
construction methods has proven to be his forte'.
