Burger Bash is a burger competition that will be held
during Riverfest July 2, 2016 from 1pm - 4:30 pm.
COMPETITION SPECIFICS
INTERESTED?
• Each contestant will be allowed
to bring up to (5) FIVE assistants,
or go it alone!
Submit your burger recipe to
Reinhart Foodservice La Crosse
by May 20th, 2016. We will
review all submissions, select eight
competitors, and notify them by
May 27.
• All contestants will be allowed
to bring their own specialty
ingredients.
• Reinhart Foodservice La Crosse
will provide the ground beef,
and a basic pantry.
• Competition begins at 1 pm.
Individual judging begins at
1:30 pm and every 15 minutes
after that time.
• All entrants must declare whether
they will be competing as
individuals or whether they will
be representing an establishment.
• Reinhart Foodservice La Crosse
reserves the right to limit the
number of contestants in the
competition.
Each burger will be judged on three
weighted criteria:
Execution. Appearance. Taste.
Each burger recipe will be judged
individually and the final results will
be announced at the end of the
competition.
