Philadelphia Water created the Stormwater Pioneers program in 2014 to recognize excellence in
stormwater management on private properties throughout the City. We are excited to celebrate
the work of Popi’s co-owner, Gina Rucci, and the stormwater management team including
Lakash Constructors, Wilkinson & Associates and Ruppert Landscape for their part in protecting
the health of Philadelphia’s rivers and streams through excellent site design.
