HIGHLIGHTS 2015
In 2015, we became part of BNP Paribas’ new Corporate and Institutional Banking
division, which aims to provide institutional investors and corporates with an integrated
range of solutions to grow their business and adapt to changes in the global financial
markets.
We completed the acquisition of Prime Fund Services from Credit Suisse in the first half
of 2015. This is a key step in the development of our global fund business.
€
During the T2S migration in Italy in August 2015, we migrated 60,000 securities positions,
which represents a quarter of all positions migrated to the platform in the country.
We worked with our clients to enhance our existing Solvency II reporting capabilities
in order to help insurance clients comply with the regulation, which came into force
on 1 January 2016. We provide clients with the look-through data on Ucits funds and
mandates required by the directive.
As of October 2015, we have been providing clients with their intraday liquidity data via
DNA, our data visualisation platform. The objective is to help clients better anticipate
their liquidity positions across multiple markets, accounts and currencies and inform
their decision-making process.
