Entry fee includes green fees, cart, prizes, goody bag, sack lunch and Coca-Cola
beverages. Entries due October 7, 2016.

Registration: 11:30am-12:45pm
Putting & Pitching contests: 11:30am-12:45pm
Trophies will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place team finishes. Prizes for contest
winners and door prizes will be given out at the awards ceremony.

Charitable Campaign (SECC)!
Players may make their own teams or enter as individuals and be placed on a team of four.
Donations may be made in the form of sponsorships, door prizes or cash donations. Please note
that a portion of the $90 entry fee may be considered a charitable donation for federal income tax
purposes.
The tournament benefits the United Way of Denton County as well as other partner agencies
including Ann’s Haven VNA, Denton County Boy Scouts, Longhorn Council and Girl Scouts of
Northeast Texas, CASA, and Denton County Friends of the Family.
