2016 Annie Armstrong Easter Offering

Volleyball: If you would like to play on the Red House co-ed
volleyball team, sign-up in the FLC. Games will be at Red
House on Thursday nights, beginning April 7 and going through
May 26, with the tournament on May 31 and June 2. If you have
any questions, please contact Eddie Coulter.

Ladies, You’re Invited….
Red House will be hosting “Missions Looks Like You” a Tates Creek
Baptist Associational WMU women’s event on Monday, May 2, at
6:30 pm in our Family Life Center. We expect over 100 women at
this event and would love to have a great involvement from all the
women in our church! Each attendee will bring either a salad or
dessert to share. Please sign up in the FLC to let us know you will be
attending or if you would like to help in some way with the event. Pre
-school childcare will be available if needed, please indicate need
when you sign up. For more info, contact Kim Jones at 623-6627.
Overflow, Sundays at 5:00 pm, FLC Basement 122
For High School Seniors and Juniors: Sundays, 4:45 pm, FLC 108, Kim Jones and
Dwayne are going to lead a 5 week study entitled Move On: Know Where You are Going and
How to Get There. This study will “help students map out their future from the web of
experiences, gifts, and skills that God has already been weaving together” in their lives. Cost:
FREE! Books will be provided.
God’s Not Dead 2, Wednesday, April 6, Cinemark, Richmond. (If 11 years old, the cost is
$6). Payment due Sunday, April 3. (This is dependent upon movie times). Transportation
provided. Parents welcome to go.
Disciple Now, April 15-17. Weekend of Bible study, ministry with Project 29, fellowship,
food and fun. Stay in homes with your age group and gender. Cost: $30 (for 2nd student, cost
is $25). Registration form and payment due by Sunday, March 27. Don’t want to miss this!

Summer Mission Trip, June 20-24, X-Fuge on Mission (Union College @ Barbourville,
KY). Cost: $289. Spots still available. If you would like to go and have not yet paid the $50
deposit, please see Dwayne.
High School Only: International Mission Trip, July 16-23. Cost: (Approx) $1000. Deposit:
$200 due by February 28 along with the application packet. If you are interested in going
and did not receive a packet, please see Dwayne ASAP.
High School (current Juniors and Seniors): Passion Conference, January 2-4, 2017,
Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA. See cost information under College.
Mi$$ion Po$$ible: Sunrise Children’s Home (Danville), Saturday, March 26. Meet at the
church at 8:30 am. Return by 1:30 pm. Bring games.

Changing the Channel, April 1-2, Capitol Plaza Hotel, Frankfort, KY. Starts at 6:30
pm on Friday night and ends at 5:00 pm on Saturday night. Cost: $25.
Passion Conference, January 2-4, 2017, Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA. Cost: $129
(thru July 1) plus Hotel (approx $100). After July 1, cost goes to $149 (thru Oct 1) plus
Hotel. All that is due now is a $50 non-refundable deposit with the balance being due in
November.
