RAYCO's RC 12 delivers power, performance and features typically seen on much larger machines. The 86
HP Cat diesel engine and RAYCO's patented PULSE
downpressure system ensure top-notch performance
on any type of material. Features like a self-adjusting
hydraulic clutch, planetary feed wheel motor, few
grease points and a large service door over the engine,
ensure that maintenance costs and downtime are kept
to a minimum. At over 6,000 lbs, this heavy-duty, drum
style chipper is built to withstand harsh jobsite conditions over years of service.

RAYCO's Brush Chipper line features
an innovative feed system design that
has never before been seen in the market. A planetary drive motor is directly
bolted to a large-diameter feed wheel
giving it the size and torque to climb
logs or dense material without hesitation
or operator intervention. The industry's
first ever Pulsating hydraulic down pressure system has constant 325 lbs of
pressure plus a PULSE that provides an
additional 2175 lbs applied every 3 seconds for a total of 2500 lbs of crushing
power. The PULSE system means that
operators no longer have to stand
beside the machine to manually activate
the down pressure system when feeding challenging material.
