Safety/Control Bar
Safety is everyone’s priority, including Wallenstein CR. The CR100 Brush
Chipper is compliant with the latest and most stringent operator safety
requirements.
The redesigned feed control includes two stop positions, stopping the
feed rollers when the panic bar is pushed in or pulled out.
Rapid Recovery
Auto Reverse
Fully programmable, IntelliFeed monitors the rotor’s rpm, slowing the
rollers’ speed as needed. IntelliFeed continues the chipping at a volume
that best matches its rpm.
If the CR100’s rpm reaches its minimum
setting, Wallenstein’s Rapid Recovery
technology takes over, automatically
reversing the log away
from the rotor. Rapid
Recovery eliminates
friction against the
rotor, allowing
the rotor to
increase rpm’s
faster.
Easy Start Tension Relief
For starting flat-faced logs, the CR100 Easy
Start System delays spring-loaded tension
allowing the top feed roller to climb
over the log easier. Strong gripping
pressure is never lost and is
automatically applied
during feeding.
Optional Hydraulic Winch
Bringing out heavy logs is light work for the optional
hydraulic winch with 1,200 lbs pulling force and a 50’
synthetic rope.

3620 CC (85HP) TURBO DIESEL KUBOTA ENGINE
Powering the CR100 is the reliable and fuel efficient Kubota 85-horsepower turbo diesel engine. Easily
accessible for routine maintenance including air filter replacement, the engine is fully enclosed to
protect it from the elements and unauthorized personnel. The engine enclosure is mounted on polymer
isolators minimizing engine vibration.
