Marilee Dorsey
If you haven’t yet met Marilee
Dorsey, our Corporate
Controller, then you’ve
missed out on a real treat.
She has been with the company
just over a year and she says
her favorite aspect of GBS is
the close knit group of people.
Marilee lives with her two
cats, Bella (a Snowshoe)
and Mia (a Birman), in a
home that has a beautiful and
tranquil backyard and water
feature. Marilee likes to relax
on her back porch with a glass
of wine, her furry family, and
a big plate of pasta she prepared
with cream sauce and seafood.
She never follows a recipe,
but rather, likes to improvise
when cooking.
No stranger to the gym,
Marilee recently completed
the Lava Man Triathlon in
Hawaii. This triathlon was
comprised of a .9 mile swim,
24 mile bike, and 6.2 mile
run. Go Marilee - that’s quite
an accomplishment!
In her free time, you might
find Marilee hanging out with
her family (she loves being
an aunt), or working in her
yard. Stop by the Corporate
Office today - you’ll most
likely hear Marilee when you
walk through the door!

Friends,
We have a lot
of exciting news
this month. First,
our new GBS
website is ready
and online at
www.gbsbuilding.com. The new
site is focused on being a resource
for our customers, so please take
a look and keep visiting for added
content and tools as we develop
the site. We’ve also added some
technology at the store level with
the addition of full color takeoffs.
These takeoffs are much easier to
read and to explain to the customer
or home buyer as needed. Finally,
as you will see on the new Calendar
on the website, we’ve got several
events coming up. We’d love to see
you whenever possible. Thank you

New and improved floor design layouts are now available from the GBS Engineered Lumber department.
• Color prints provide clearer, easier to read layouts.
• Material list color coordinates with layout color for quicker product identification.
• FREE service as part of the bidding/quoting process.
