Whether you need your house let on a short term basis, you are

Rentals Department offer three rental packages and are confident
that one will match your needs.
Package 1 – Managed Residential
£150 + VAT set up fee, then 10% + VAT of the rent
collected (Also, if required, £25 + VAT to register
the deposit into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
A popular choice as it takes the stress out of letting
a property. This package includes all marketing of
your property, finding a suitable tenant, drawing up
an inventory and the tenancy agreement.
Gascoines will then look after the on-going needs
of your property and tenant, ensuring we are on
24 hour standby. As well as interviewing and credit
checking potential tenants and collecting the rent
on your behalf, we will also conduct three monthly
checks to ensure the property is being maintained
to the standard you expect.
Package 2 – Letting Only
£400 + VAT or 50% of the first month’s rent (Also, if
required, £25 + VAT to register the deposit into the
Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
This includes drawing up an inventory and the tenancy
agreement for your property. Once all is agreed and
signed, we hand back over to you to collect the rent
and manage your property.
Residential Re-Letting
£100 + VAT set up fee, then 10% of the rent collected.
(Also if required, £25 + VAT to register the deposit
into the Tenancy Deposit Scheme).
The Residential Re-letting fee is applicable to Fully
Managed Property only and covers the cost of finding
another suitable tenant.
