Residents outing/take-out sign up sheets posted the 1st of every month in TR department. The first cool nights have begun, and the heavy dew in the morning is ushering in the end of Summer. The garden is producing tomatoes, basil, oregano at a fast pace. The garlic is long picked and dried out, and the cucumbers are just about to wrap up for the year. The hot peppers evidently loved the long, sunny and hot temps, because they are HOT! it's aging talent and more expensive players to begin rebuilding. I guess we won't have ARod around to strike out to end games anymore... Uncle Bob, the reigning President of resident council gleefully records every Yanks loss, and recounts the highlights in the main dining room at breakfast. Our family night hopefully was a great success, a lot of hard work went into the planning and we hope it continues to grow. Baseball is into the dog days of summer, and the Red Sox are tied for 1st place with Toronto as I type this. The evil The tree stump that Empire has finally shed Resident of the Month Congratulations to our Resident of the Month: John Leach John has been here since March of 2015. QUICK TIPS FOR LASTING CUSTOMER SERVICE A SPECIAL THANK YOU! LEARN YOUR BUSINESS – Be An Expert We would like to thank the businesses/volunteers out in the community who have and continue to donate to our facility in enhancing the experiences for the residents who reside here at Heritage Health Care Center. SMILE: This is the most simple and often the most power ful tip for customer ser vice (and most other interpersonal interactions). MAKE THE CUSTOMER FEEL WELCOME-Use an appropriate greeting to make your customer feel welcome. Customers nearly always have a choice of which businesses and organizations they use, they didn’t have to pick yours and they don’t have to pick yours in the future. ANTICIPATE NEEDS- A great waiter knows when to refill your glass or bring the check, just as a great company anticipates what their guest’s need, often before they know it themselves. GIVE RESPECT-It costs nothing to be courteous, but you can pay dearly if you aren't. TREAT EVERYONE LIKE A VIP. "There's only one boss," Sam Walton once said, "the customer. He can fire everybody from the chairman on down simply by spending his money elsewhere." Holland Farms Our Volunteers Elizabeth, Tom, Sandy, Dawn, Ms. ODouney, Karen Harris and her group. Thank you very much!!!! LISTEN-You are unlikely to be able to help all your customers effectively if you don’t listen to their needs. BE TRUE TO YOUR WORD-Only ever offer a customer or client something that you are sure you can give them. SHOW IMMEDIATE ACTION AND SOLUTIONS, NOT BLAME - Sometimes things mess up, but apologies, which matter, mean nothing if they aren't followed by action. Well done is better than well said. BE MEMORABLE-FOR THE RIGHT REASON-We tend to remember positive and negative experiences more vividly than average day-to-day ones. Try to make every customer’s experience a positive one that they’ll remember and talk to others about. In short, providing great guest experience isn't its own department, it's everybody's job! “Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice’ Pinterest Heritage Health Care Center At Heritage Health Care we Strive for Quality of Care Phone: 315-797-7392 Fax: 315-797-8267 Our Mission Statement is that Heritage Health Care Center is dedicated to providing quality health care.
