Required Documents:
- Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges and/or universities in a sealed envelope from institution.
- If official transcripts are not in English, a second copy of the transcripts must be requested from the previously attended
institution for translation by a recognized translation agency or official translator.
- Official proof of degree: a notarized copy of the original diploma is required if the degree is not posted on the official
transcript.
- Update resume showing at least 4 years of professional work experience.
- Statement of purpose: a document of no more than two pages outlining your objectives for pursuing this graduate degree
program.
- Two letters of recommendation from employers, faculty or professional associates.
- Official TOEFL scores should be sent directly to FIU by the Educational Testing Service, (ETS). FIU’s University code is 5206.
- Copy of personal identification.
Application Procedures
To apply for the program:

http://gradschool.fiu.edu/ , click on “Apply Online”, and click on “Masters Program Application”
- In the text box for Academic Plan (Major) “Professional MBA”
- Enter “Panama” in the online admissions form.
- There is an online non refundable application fee of US$30.00.
- Submit documents to QLU
- Pay QLU non-refundable application fee and registration fee.
Only applicants who have submitted complete application packets will be considered.
Students do not need to wait until they have all of the materials together to apply. Submit your online application now and
the rest of the materials as you complete them.
Application Deadline
The MBA Masters program begins in May of every year. Applications and supporting documents must be submitted with
enough time for processing.
