The company was founded in 2009 by Zsolt Biró and
Antal Valentin, who have maintained an excellent
business and personal friendship for 20 years. Then,
in 2013 Csaba Turcsányi joined them and he has also
had almost 20 years of partnership and friendship
with them. Forged over the years, the strength of the
ownership team’s members lies in their persistence
in things, determination to succeed, and creativity. In
their work they cooperate and help each other, and
they are clearly moving towards the same target, with
the same spirit.
The company’s principal activity is property investment and property development in Indonesia, and
this is done mainly in connection with the hotel industry. In this area, all three owners have over 18 years
of experience, which guarantees high quality and the
success of projects with different structures.
The nearly 15 years of business experience gained
in Indonesia ensures that local culture and western
precision can be mixed successfully.
The owners of the company respect local Indonesian
culture and religion in relation to their work, up to the
highest level; so on the basis of a pervasive spirituality, the local partners and population fully support the
success of projects.

Harmony, sustainability and world-class luxury are the main principles that underpin the

Bali Sea and the Lombok Strait offer quite exceptional scuba diving, for beginners up to
experienced divers; and there is snorkeling for everybody. The main diving takes place
beetwen The Spirit Lombok and the Gili islands which lie opposite us, just a few kilometers
from our beach.
Through the Lombok strait between Bali and Lombok flows the Indonesian Through Flow
(Arus Lintas Indonesia), a massive flow of water that passes from the Pacific to the Indian
Ocean. The result is a rich underwater life, where during certain times of the year also large
fish - sharks, eagle rays, turtles and manta rays - come and visit the reefs.
Selected watersports, like surfing, windsurfing, kayaking and sailing are also available.

For those with golf on their mind, there are two golf course available on Lombok Island.

KOSAIDO COUNTRY CLUB
The course was masterfully designed by Peter Thompson, Michael Wolveridge & Perrett
with a design philosophy deeply respecting the natural on-site contours of the land. The
18-holes championship course offers a unique, challenging and world-class experience for
golfer of all levels.
RINJANI GOLF CLUB
Golf Rinjani Club is situated 500 meters above sea level. It is an 18-hole, standard course,
and possesses a club house, swimming pool, pro shop and coffee shop. It is located 35 kms
from Senggigi beach. The course had as its architect Jack Nicklaus; it is 18 Holes, Par 72.
With its two very different nine-hole layouts, the golf course is designed to ensure playability
for all levels of golfer.

Mt. Rinjani Volcano – Lombok
Famed for its beauty and isolation, Lombok’s Mt. Rinjani is Indonesia’s second highest
volcano. At 3,726 meters, it towers over Lombok, and boasts a ten-kilometer-wide crater a habitat with deep gorges, towering walls, hot springs, waterfalls, and a perfectly shaped
volcanic cone. This strato-volcano’s oval-shaped Segara Anak caldera also contains a
230-m-deep lake.

CULTURE & EXCURSIONS
Komodo National Park - a world heritage site, where the very unique and wild giant lizard
lives in its natural habitat. The Komodo Dragon (Varanus Komodoensis) was first discovered for the scientific world in 1911 by J.K.H. Van Steyn; and the Komodo National Park
was established in 1980 and was declared a World Heritage site and Man and Biosphere
Reserve by UNESCO in 1986. Fewer than 2700 still live on the island. It is among the
world’s largest reptiles, for it can reach up to 3 meters in length and weigh 90 kilograms. Its
ancestors roamed the earth up to about half a million years ago, living in the dry savannah
and monsoon forest.
