ACCOMMODATION
Thoughtful touches, numerous amenities, excellent customer service, and exclusive room
rates make Predator Ridge Resort the perfect place for your wedding guests to stay before
and after your special day.
Lodge Suites are conveniently situated in the centre of the village core, overlooking the golf
course or hillside. These spacious suites range from 500 – 1100 sq. feet and are equipped
with full kitchens, fireplaces and balconies. We have studio, one bedroom and two bedroom
suites available.
Fairway Cottages and Villas located along the golf course fairways are perfect for families
and groups requiring multiple beds and private social space. Ranging from 1320 to 1500 sq.
feet, our one, two and three bedroom cottages are equipped with full kitchens, fireplaces
and balconies.
It is our pleasure to offer the Bride and Groom a complimentary guest room upgrade for
their special stay.

WEDDING ACCOMMODATION POLICY
Attrition Clause:
Predator Ridge Resort will hold the confirmed room block until 90 days prior to your
wedding date. At 90 days, any rooms that are not released from the block will be considered
guaranteed room bookings. Should you not meet the established guaranteed number, and
Predator Ridge Resort cannot resell these rooms, the unused/unsold balance will be charged
to you.
60 Days Prior:
Sixty (60) days prior to your wedding date, the remaining room block will be released and
further reservations will be made subject to availability. You will still be required to pay for
any guaranteed rooms left in the block as mentioned above.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
Costing & Estimates:
A signed contract and a 25% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Menus and
Wine selections must be confirmed 30 days prior to arrival. Final guaranteed food and
beverage numbers will be required 7 days prior to arrival.
Our accounting department will then forward a detailed invoice within a week after your
wedding.
When preparing your food and beverage budget, please keep the following in mind:

One bottle of wine (750 ml) serves 4 glasses
One bottle of sparkling wine or champagne serves 6 flutes
Estimate a minimum of ½ bottle of wine per person for dinner
Estimate a minimum 5 pieces of hors d’oeuvres per person, based on a one hour
reception before the main meal
• Estimate 2 drinks per person for the first hour of a reception, then 1 drink per hour
for each hour after that
• Allow 1 ½ hour to 2 hours for a 4-course dinner

ACTIVITIES & AMENITIES
Indoors and out. All year long. Predator Ridge Resort’s premier amenities let you make
the most of your resort experience.
Golf: With 36 spectacular holes, the resort is designed for players of every level. Group rates
available for 20 or more players.
Fitness Centre: Enjoy our state-of-the-art Fitness Centre during your stay with us. It boasts
a 25m lap pool, hot tub and steam room, brightly lit conditioning room equipped with Life
Fitness Signature Series weights and cardio machines, exercise studio, training tools and
private fitness training. Various sports equipment rentals available.
Pools: Lose yourself in a good book on a lounge chair beside one of our outdoor pools, or
swim a few laps in the 25m indoor lap pool at the fitness centre.
Tennis Court: The tennis court is located near the Real Estate Discovery Centre on Mashie
Crescent and is available exclusively to guests staying at Predator Ridge Resort.
Hiking Trails: Predator Ridge Resort has a trail system of well maintained hiking and walking
trails, allowing you to enjoy the scenic vistas and the natural beauty of the 1,200 acre Predator
Ridge property. The trail system is home to many species of plants and wildlife including
painted turtles, owls, red-winged black birds, mule deer, pheasants and quail.
