Allergy Relief Treatment
Allergy Relief Treatment has been proven effective in denaturing
the protein allergens from dust mite droppings (Der p1 and Der
f1), cockroach droppings (Bla g1), dog dander (Can f1), and cat
saliva (Fel d1). Allergy Relief Treatment is a water-based solution
that contains a powerful active ingredient derived from naturally
occurring extracts found in certain fruit and vegetable seeds. It works
by denaturing the structure of the allergen, and thus, substantially
reducing the Ige antibody-binding capacity of the allergen. As a result,
they are no longer “recognized” by the body’s immune system,
alleviating the body’s allergic response (allergy attack). Provides a
residual effect for up to six months, when properly applied.

Mist ‘N’ Brush™ LM is designed to be used with the Pro 45 Low
Moisture Machine. This is a low moisture, low residue system for
maintaining carpet. Mist ‘N’ Brush™ LM encapsulates soil so it can be
removed by vacuuming. The dry brittle solids surround the soil
suspending it until it can be extracted during the next scheduled

Descaler – MAINTENANCE SOLUTION
Descaler removes scale build-up due to rust, hard water deposits, and
detergents. Removes calcium, lime, and other hard water deposits in the
water system. Cleans your unit’s components by descaling the pump,
bypass valve, water lines, and heater. An absolute necessity for proper
maintenance of your most important asset. For best results, descale every
6 months or 500 hours of machine use, whichever comes first.
Does not contain traditional acids such as Hydrochloric, Phosphoric,

Browning Treatment
Browning Treatment removes cellulose and tannin browning from
carpet and upholstery. Cellulose browning is often caused when
natural fibers, such as cotton, jute or other natural fibers, are cleaned
and the drying process is prolonged. Tannin stains also come from
coffee and teas. Browning Treatment is an effective treatment for
correcting these types of browning. Browning Treatment will correct
or reduce browning quickly in an easy one-step application.
Use:
Do not dilute. Spray Browning Treatment using a coarse spray
uniformly on surface affected. Brush carpet area with a pile brush or
rake. Allow to dry. If browning is severe, a second application may be
necessary.
On upholstery, pretest in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness,
then proceed.
Yellow Master – REACTIVE YELLOWING TREATMENT
Yellow Master is a new corrective treatment for all types of
yellowing on carpet and upholstery. It is particularly effective for
treating reactive yellowing associated with stain resistant nylon fibers.
This yellowing can be caused by improper application of the stain
resistant treatment or a reaction of moisture with the chemicals used
in the backing or underlayment (adhesives, resins, BHT-Butylated
Hydroxy Toluene, etc).
Yellow Master can also be used to correct cellulosic browning, water
marks, tannin stains from coffee, tea, urine, beverages, and is
excellent for stabilizing fugitive dyes. Dyes can be stabilized with a pre
or post cleaning treatment of Yellow Master. DOES NOT CAUSE
RESOILING!
Use:
To Correct Yellowing: Mix 4 scoops YellowMaster with one gallon
water. Apply to fabric at a rate of 200 square feet per gallon and work
in with a pile brush or rake.
In severe cases, mix 8 scoops in one gallon of water.
Residue-Free Rinsing: For truck mount equipment mix 1.5 lb. (3
cups) of YellowMaster to 5 gallons of water. For Portables mix 1
scoop of YellowMaster with 5 gallons of water.

dye stain removal before applying this product. Once dyes have become
unstable from urine damage, product performance may not be consistent.

wetting mist on the textile surface and allow it to dry. Then check for

textiles treat both sides.

Deodorizers – CITRUS, FLORAL, APPLE & ORANGE BLOSSOM ODOR COUNTERACTANTS
Citrus, Floral, & Apple Deodorizers are premium odor counteractants
that are effective on a broad range of stubborn and persistent malodors.
Effective as an area spray for general odor decontamination or as a cleaning
solution additive. Your customers will love the fragrance.
Ready to use pH is 7.5 to 8.0
Use: Remove excess soil and waste matter. Test for colorfastness on textiles
in an inconspicuous area before using.
Mix 1 part of Deodorizer with 5 parts water (22 oz. per gallon). Spray
contaminated areas until saturated. Clean carpet using the hot water
extraction method. For best results agitate with a pile brush or rake. Allow
10 - 20 minutes dwell time.
At Last – PET ODOR DEODORIZER
Finally a deodorizer that works. AT LAST is a new, oxidizing odor
counteractant that is effective on all protein odors from dead body odor
to pet urine. At Last oxidizes the odor molecule and leaves a pleasant
orange fragrance in its place. Super concentrated and dilutes 10:1 with
water (1 gallon makes 11 gallons). DO NOT APPLY AT A STRONGER
DILUTION THAN 10:1. Effective on all fibers and surfaces.
Ready to use pH-9.0
Use: Test for colorfastness or color change on textiles in an
inconspicuous area before using.

Skunk Odor Control – SEVERE ODOR COUNTERACTANT
Skunk Odor Control Severe Odor Counteractant is formulated to
eliminate the most difficult odors such as skunk, severe urine, and dead
animal. It is the number one product against skunk odor and other difficult
odors such as cat urine. Skunk Odor Control is an effective water-based odor
counteractant. This concentrate is designed to be diluted with water and then
applied by wet fogging or spraying the affected areas. Works on contact. For
use on all water-safe surfaces: carpet, upholstery, fabric, vinyl, concrete, sealed
wood, tile, grout, animal cages, trash cans, etc.
Use: Mix 1 part Skunk Odor Control with 10 parts water (12 oz. per
gallon). Apply by sprayer or wet fogger directly to the contaminated
area. After use, clean all textile surfaces using the hot water extraction
method. Cover all wood surfaces on upholstery prior to using product.
For area rugs: Mix 1 quart of Skunk Odor Control in 5 gallon of water for a 9 x
12 piled rug, and soak in a wash pit. Use the Rug Roller to loosen the urine.
Caution: May etch metal surfaces.
UrineLock™ – BIO ENZYME ODOR ENCAPSULATION
UrineLock is a specially formulated pet odor and stain solution that
combines the effectiveness of odor encapsulation with the long-lasting
stain and odor fighting capabilities of bio-enzymes. Odor encapsulation
provides immediate odor relief. Biotechnology for stain and long lasting odor
removal. Unique concentration of 4:1 allows use in an in-line
pressure sprayer to force solution to carpet backing and pad.
Removes urine, feces, vomit, and other protein stains and
odors.
Ready to use pH is 8.0.

Microban® Disinfectant Spray
A natural odor adsorbing mineral formed from volcanic
ash millions of years ago. Through a process called cation
exchange capacities, odors and particles having a positive ion
charge are irresistibly attracted to the product’s supercharged
negative ions. Odors are adsorbed into millions of tunnels
and channels within the cell structure eliminating odors
caused by pet urine, feces, mildew, smoke, vomit, garbage,
fish, and much more.
Use:
For general carpet odors, evenly sprinkle a thin coat over
carpet (even on damp carpet after cleaning). One pound
covers 100 square feet. Use about one pound per room.
Allow to sit one hour. Vacuum. If odors persist re-apply.
Microban® is E.P.A. approved for many decontamination
applications including water damage, sewage, toilet
overflow, mold, fungi and mildew. It is a water based,
nonflammable, bactericide, fungicide, deodorant and
antimicrobial.

pattern, use a paintbrush to apply the product to fugitive
dyes. For spots which do not immediately respond, apply

Red Dye Stain Remover is very effective for removing
stains from Kool-Aid®, red wine, grass, tea, food dye,

Tile Cleaner – EMULISIFYING ALKALINE PRESPAY
Tile Cleaner is an emulsifying alkaline prespray, which loosens
tough oily soils. Works on stone, tile, grout, walls, and other hard
surfaces. Great for breaking down waxes and heavy soils to prepare
surface for sealing. Low foaming and highly concentrated.
Ready to use pH is 12.1 (10:1 Dilution)
Caution: Tile Cleaner contains a cationic surfactant that could reduce or
remove dye resistors in fifth-generation nylon carpets.
Use: Mix below solution well and apply to surface with mop, sponge,

Tile Restore – ACID CLEANER
A restorative acidic cleaner for ceramic or porcelain tile and
grout, masonry, and concrete. This is a safer alternative than
phosphoric or muratic acids. Removes grout haze, hard water
deposits, soap scum, rust spots and efflorescence. Contains no harsh
fumes and is low foaming.
Use: Tile Restore will etch marble, limestone, and other acid sensitive
materials (ie metals and frosted glass). Do not overspray on surfaces
not to be cleaned. If overspray occurs, rinse thoroughly. Always test to
determine desired results in an inconspicuous area before using.
Remove loose debris by sweeping or vacuuming. Mix above solution
well and apply to surface with mop, sponge, or sprayer. Allow to

Tile Neutral Clean & Rinse – EMULSIFYING NEUTRAL CLEANING DETERGENT
An emulsifying neutral cleaning detergent to be used as a

Use: If used on or around textiles, test for colorfastness or color

Extraction Cleaning: For truck mount equipment mix 1 quart in 5
gallons of water. Mix well and meter through system at 4 – 8 GPH.
For portable equipment mix 4 ounces in 5 gallons of water. For
heavily soiled areas, pretreat with Tile Cleaner, and rinse with Tile
Neutral Clean & Rinse.
Maintenance Cleaning: Mix 1 part Tile Neutral Clean & Rinse with
32 parts hot water (4 oz per gallon). Mix well and apply to surface
with a mop, sponge, sprayer, or cleaning equipment. Clean area
insuring that soil is not redeposited. No need for rinse. For best
results use undiluted with an in-line pressure sprayer (32:1 tip). Rinse
and extract to remove excess.

Ease of Use
A convenient foot lever releases the handle and starts the brushes. Returning the
handle to the upright position turns off the brushes and locks the handle. Brushes can
be switched out in minutes without tools.
Mobility
The large wheels on the trolley allow convenient travel in and out of buildings and
homes and up and down stairs. Once removed from the trolley, two smaller wheels on
