If you choose “My accounts” you will see a list with all
accounts you have access to. Click on the link to go to the
account. You can also use the address that’s shown to go
directly to the account, in this case test.showyourpics.eu.

If you are logged in on your own account you will see a menu item called “Administration”. This is where
you create new and manage your existing albums, users, tags.

If you choose “Administration” -> “Albums” you will be presented with a list of all your albums.
To see images in an album, click on the name.
To upload new images to an album, click on the cloud icon to the right.
To edit album information click on the pencil icon and to delete an album, click on the red cross icon.
The album will then be moved to “Deleted albums”.

If you choose to upload new images you can see three buttons to the right.
1. Start with the green, “Choose file(s)” to choose files from your computer.
2.
When you have chosen files they will appear below. If you would like to remove an image before upload,
click on the trash icon.
3. Click on the blue button “Start upload” and the images will begin to upload. You will get confirmation for
each image by a green check to the left and when all images are uploaded and confirmed you will get
notified by a modal window.
The yellow button “Clean files” will remove all chosen files from the list.

If you click on the name of an album from the list you can see all information, images and settings for the album.
Under “Authorization” you see the album tags that you have added to the album. All users that have the same tags
attached will be able to see this album.
You can make the album public. The album will then be visible for all visitors to your domain.
If you click “Hide” the album will be hidden for all except you. This is useful if you don’t want to delete the album but
temporarly hide it to everyone.
You can create a public link for the album. Everyone with the link will be able to see the album.
At the bottom of the page you see all images.

Fill in all information and choose album tags the user should see. You can create new tags by entering
them in the “Album tags” input field.

Choose “Administration” -> “Users” and click on the name of a user to see information and settings for the user.
When you have created a new user you need to notify the user by sending them a welcome email or reset their password.
“Give access to all albums” is a kind of super authorization. Regardless of what album tags you add to the user the user will still see all
albums you have created if you give them full access.
“Lock”/”Unlock” locks the user from accessing your account.
“Delete” deletes the user.

“Album tags” is the authorization. Every user and album that share an album tag will be connected and
the user will see the albums after login.

Notifications are emails that’s being sent on a period of your choice to notify you of
new albums in accounts you have access.
Click on the pencil icon to edit a notification.
Checktheboxifyouwouldliketoreceivenotificationfortheactualaccount.
Choosehowoftenyouwouldliketoreceivenotificationemails.
Daily=Youwillgetanemaileveryday,iftherearenewalbumsontheaccountcreatedtheday
before.
Weekly=Youwillgetanemailonceaweek,iftherearenewalbumsontheaccountduringthe
lastweek. Theemailissentevery Monday.
Monthly=Youwillgetanemailonceamonth,ifthereare newalbumsontheaccountduringthe
lastmonth.Theemailissentthefirstevery month.
