The Team
Anja Reiler is Administrative Coordinator. Prior to joining INTPOW Anja worked with marketing at Norwegian Church Aid and at Helios, a
pioneer in the distribution of organic food. She has vast experience with marketing and administration in an international environment and speaks
fluent Spanish and French.
Anja is responsible for coordinating INTPOW events and marketing material in addition to being web-editor.

Morten Bygland is and Regional Director. He has eight years of experience from business development within the Norwegian oil & gas industry.
The last two years his main focus has been promoting Norwegian offshore technology towards the wind energy sector. Prior to joining INTPOW he
was the Managing Director of Navitas Network, a supplier network to the energy sector. Morten is educated in organizational psychology.
Morten’s main focus is the internationalisation of the Norwegian offshore wind energy industry.

Line Amlund Hagen is Regional Director and has worked in the energy sector for the past 20 years, both at national and international levels
including institutions such as the Norwegian Ministry of Petroleum and Energy, the Norwegian Research Council, Innovation Norway, the European
Commission and the European Free Trade Association. She has a thorough knowledge of the energy industry and the political framework in which
it operates.

Jon Dugstad is Regional Director. He has 20 years of international investment banking and strategic advisory experience from investment banks
such as Handelsbanken and Barclays - advising projects and companies on corporate strategy and financial transactions. Prior to joining INTPOW,
he was an advisor to the renewable energy industry on strategy, business development and financing. Jon is educated in Germany as a DiplomKaufmann (MBA).
Jon works with wind and solar power, and is also responsible for financing and investment.

Geir Elsebutangen is Managing Director. Geir has international experience from project management and business development. He has founded
and managed companies in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Europe.
In addition to managing the organization, Geir is involved in hydroelectric and solar power projects, and is also responsible for power grid and trade.

Main findings




The Renewable Energy cluster comprised of 2210 companies in 2009
Total revenue of NOK 151 billion in systems and services
Companies total value added just below NOK 60 billion
In 2009 the business employed just under 45 000 in Norway and more
than 7 000 persons internationally
 Overall, companies reported a total export value of NOK 23 billion with
Europe being the largest market. Several reported activities in Southeast
Asia.
 6.5 billion of the export is related to power trade
 More than half of the respondents reported having performed or purchased
R&D in 2009

Establishment of daughter companies abroad demand usually large investments. Within the renewable
