If you do not see the Cambridge logo, you are not on the correct site. Enter your User ID and Password on a screen similar to the one below. 3 Operations Development and Technology 1.1 FORGOT/RESET PASSWORD The password reset function allows you to reset your password. If this is your first time logging in, or if you would like to change your password, click Forgot/Reset My PASSWORD. Enter your User ID and click Next. Confirm your new password in the second box. You will need to set up a security question which will allow you to reset your password at a later date, if needed. Select a question from the drop-down menu and enter your unique answer in the Your Answer field. You will be prompted to reenter your answer. Click Submit. 4 Operations Development and Technology The screen similar to the one below confirms that you have successfully created a new password and security question. Click Continue to home page. 5 Operations Development and Technology 1.2 ADD SECURITY QUESTIONS If this is your first time logging in, you will be prompted to enter security questions for your User ID on a screen similar to the one below. Click Add Security Questions. After you have selected your security questions and provided your unique answers, click Submit. 6 Operations Development and Technology The screen similar to the one below confirms your security question entry success. Click Next. 7 Operations Development and Technology 1.3 USER AGREEMENT The screen similar to the one below is the User Agreement. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Accept after you have read and agree to the terms of use. Click Continue to complete the Nasdaq User Agreement. The screen similar to the one below confirms that you have completed the Nasdaq User Agreement. Click OK. 8 Operations Development and Technology 1.4 ACCOUNTS PAGE The screen below is the Accounts page for myStreetscape. Consider this the home page. On this page, you will find a general overview of each account associated with the Login ID. 9 Operations Development and Technology 2.0 GO PAPERLESS Enroll in electronic delivery for all of your accounts. myStreescape will send you an email alert when your financial documents (e.g., statements and confirms) are available to view online. To sign up for paperless options, click on the Service drop-down option located in the green bar at the top right of your screen. The screen similar to the one below pinpoints this drop-down location. Click on Document Delivery Instructions. This will open a new window. Select each account associated with your User ID to set up the eDelivery options. The top section lists your accounts. Click on the account you want to setup and it will highlight it in blue. 10 Operations Development and Technology 2.1 ADD OR EDIT EMAIL ADDRESS To add or edit the email address, click Edit Email in blue text under Email Address. This will bring up a popup that allows you to input your email address. Enter your email address in both boxes and click Apply in the bottom right corner of your screen. The box should disappear, bringing you back to the Document Delivery Instructions box. 11 Operations Development and Technology 2.2 eDELIVERY OPTIONS Select Electronic Delivery for the documents you would like to receive electronic statements for, or if you want to select all options, click Set all documents to electronic delivery. Once you have selected your options, click Save This Account. You are now setup to receive electronic delivery. You will receive electronic email notifications which will include a link or Internet address (URL) where the document(s) can be accessed, viewed, and printed, and you will be provided with instructions on how to access the documents. 12 Operations Development and Technology 2.3 ELECTRONIC NOTIFICATION AGREEMENT Per SEC regulations, a client must give informed consent to stop the mailing of paper statements and confirms. Due to these regulations, the client must read and accept the license agreement on a screen similar to the one below. After accepting the Electronic Notification Agreement, you will return to the main page. Please confirm that your settings are correct. *Please note: If you do not sign up for paperless statements, they will be delivered to you via U.S. Mail. You will need to complete the same steps for all of your accounts. If at any time after consenting to the electronic notification program you wish to receive a paper copy of a document made available to you for online viewing, you will need to request the paper copy from Cambridge.
