4 mm plates will be adjusted exactly to the shapes of
the under floors.
The cutting-to-size will be made in a proper way exactly
fitting to size by CNC Laser technology.
The quintuplicate ribbing will additionally guarantee
optimum grip.
During production particularly high-quality aluminium
will be used featuring an extremely high degree of
brightness.
Sheets thus appear almost chromium plated.
Assembly is made extremely easily by the original
drilling holes already available at the scooter.

Footplates by ODF from the new TC Line (Top Custom Line)
which stands for custom parts of highest possible quality in
connection with uncompromising designs.
The TC Line footplates are made of brushed high-grade steel
and are cut by CNC laser technology. As living from Opticparts,
all necessary models are bent by special tools precisely which
guarantees an optimum accuracy of fit.
The sporty air shaft design, as well as the noble ODF and
TC-Line brandings make these high-quality footplates a
superlative custom part.

As a special highlight, suitable ultra grip elements can be
simply inserted and screwed inside the air shafts.
The black varnished grip elements protrude 3mm beyond the
footplates with the result of a very brilliant 3D effect.
On the other hand a rather better grip on the footplates will
be obtained even when it is raining and the designs beetween
the grip elements will be protected much better against
srcatches.
The delivery of the grip elements follows in a set with 4 parts

side of the motor.
By mounting the numberplate in this way it is then possible
to remove the rear mudguard, in order to achieve a more
beautiful view on the scooters back end, and by help of a
vertical shifting set.

CENTRAL REAR WHEEL LICENCE PLATE HOLDERS:
As a result of numerous enquiries by end users for licence
plate holders enabling to place the licence plate centrally
in front of the rear wheel - as known in a series produced
from the new Piaggio scooters a new variant was designed
rapidly by us in an ingenious company’s design.
This is suitable for any motor types.
The holders made from brushed special steel are simply
fastened at the original screw holes of the Variomatik
cover.

Undertray-Covers:
From now own the popular mirror polished undertray casing for many
models is available in black, white powder coated or checkered
aluminium.
The effect of the new design is completed thanks to the very stylish
dragon seeming aggressive which – thanks to an additional background
illumination – will become an even more attractive eye-catcher.
In particular from the technical point of view the coverings mean a
perfect further development compared to the versions that have been
available so far - wedged between the mud guards - shake noisily while
driving.
A great deal of effort was taken to achieve the goal of developing this
latest generation of rear opening covers to be fastened tightly to screw
holes already available after the splash protection had been dismantled
completely by the client.
Delivery will be made including detailed mounting instructions by help
of which even people not used to craftswork will be able to carry out
mounting with a small amount of practical skills.
