This package is designed to provide high quality music and voice reproduction, with minimal listener fatigue.
The typical package includes 3, AE-8, 15” 2-way loudspeakers and an AE12, dual 18” professional subwoofer
per side. Use them indoors or out for musical performances, high quality multi-media presentations and
speeches. The system is configurable to the event.

Two Community R.2 speakers, one Mobile Tech 18ft speaker tower, 4 channel mixer, system processor, amp,

Community R.5 Outdoor System***
Two to four Community R.5 speakers, one Mobile Tech 18ft speaker tower, 4 channel mixer, system processor,
amp, CD player, and one wired mic. Up to four tower systems are available. We are able to provide
coverage over large areas with wireless transmission between towers.

Bose LT System***
This package is designed to provide high quality music and voice reproduction over a large area with just two
long throw 3-way speaker cabinets. Includes: two Bose LT professional 3-way loudspeakers, two 13’ crankup
towers, system processor, and amp. The balance of the system electronics is customized for the event. This is
an ideal package for outdoor events such as political rally’s, start/finish lines at runs and bicycle races and
other similar activities.

QSC Party / DJ System
This package is designed to provide high quality music reproduction for parties and dances. It includes: two
QSC K-12, 12” 2-way powered loudspeakers, two QSC K-Subs, dual 12” powered subwoofers, a small media

as a Will Call or with delivery, setup and removal.

The Fine Print
Associated Sound recommends that the person that will be setting up and operating the equipment be the same person that is picking up
or taking delivery of the system from us.
Associated Sound is not responsible for battery life.
* Wireless microphones, assistive listening systems and some handheld PA systems use throw-away batteries. Associated Sound as a
courtesy provides the first set of batteries, however we do not guarantee the performance of those batteries. The lessee is responsible
for and is advised to have spare batteries.
** Some PA systems use internal rechargeable batteries. Associated Sound only guarantees that these systems ship with a full charge.
Length or service can’t be guaranteed as volume and type of program content can vary the length of use between charges.
*** Some of the equipment in our rental inventory requires qualified personnel to transport, setup, and operate. Associated Sound reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse to rent the equipment to persons and organizations that it feels are not qualified to safely
transport, set up, and operate the equipment.
Rentals require security deposits for the equipment being rented. Regular clients may provide a certificate of insurance in lieu of a
deposit. Call for details and requirements.
Clients are responsible for returning the rented equipment back to Associated Sound in the same condition as when it was picked up
from our shop or delivered to your location. The client is responsible for checking the equipment when they take possession of it and
to familiarize themselves with the operation of the system. The client has the complete responsibility for the care, operation, and custody of the equipment, while in their possession. In the event that equipment is lost or damaged the client is responsible for the repair
or replacement of the equipment plus the loss of rental revenue while the equipment is out of service due to repair or replacement. A
cleaning/ restocking fee may be charged for equipment that is returned dirty or cables that are uncoiled and messy. That fee is an hourly
fee of $55.00 per hour.
