Complete Waste Tire Recycling Line Manufactured new in 2009 and started operation in 2010 and has less than three years in service. This line is designed to handle 1.5millon – 2millon tires per year. This is a complete line of equipment to process whole car and truck tires into a metal and fiber free crumb rubber. The 2 – 3 T.P.H. process line includes primary shredding, secondary granulation and two stage milling as outlined in appendix A. Primary Feed Conveyor – Inlet conveyor for loading tires into primary shredder. W 48” x L 30’, 5 HP Primary Shredder – SSI Model 120, Shreds whole tires into 2” x 3” shreds. Dual 8” hexagonal shafts, 250 HP Primary Screen – Mill Power, Separates oversize material. W 60” x L 30’ mm, 10 HP Oversize Return Conveyor – Returns oversize material back to primary shredder. W 30” x 28’, 3 HP Primary Discharge Conveyor – Moves shreds to transfer conveyor. W 30” x 26’, 3 HP Transfer Conveyor – Moves shreds to feed hopper. W 30” x 20’, 3 HP Granulator Feed Hopper – Provides consistent flow of sized material to granulator. W 5’ x L 8’, 5 HP Granulator Feed Conveyor – With metal detector, moves shreds into granulator. W 24” x L 28’, 5 HP Granulator – 300H.P. Granutech Model 80, reduces shreds to ¾” x ¾” chips. Granulator Discharge Table – Forsberg, removes textile and moves material to next conveyor. W 30” x L 20’, 2 HP Cross Belt Magnet (#1 & 1A) – Dings, over‐belt magnet separator for removal of metal. W 24” x L 4’, 2 HP Primary Mill Feed Conveyor – Moves chips into mill. W 20” x L 20’, 2 HP Primary Mill – Armex, reduces chips to crumb rubber. Dual speed rolls, roller bearings, water cooled, variably speed, hydraulically driven, 250 HP Primary Mill Discharge Table ‐ Forsberg , removes textile and moves sized material to next conveyor. Two deck, W 24” x L 20’, 2 HP Cross Belt Magnet (#2) – Over‐belt magnet separator for removal of metal. W 24” x L 4’, 2 HP Loop Conveyor – Returns oversize material back to primary mill. W 20” x 20’, 2 HP Fine Mill Feed Conveyor – Moves crumb rubber to fine mill. W 20” x L 20’, 2 HP Fine Mill – Armex, reduces crumb rubber to fine crumb. Dual speed rolls, roller bearings, water cooled, variably speed, hydraulically driven, 250 HP Final Screen Conveyor – Moves crumb rubber to shaker screen. 2Pc. W 20” x L 30’, 2 HP Drum Magnet (#1) – Dings, rotary type magnet separator for removal of metal. Vain feed type, 1 HP Final Screen – BM&M, multi deck screen to separate over‐size material. Three deck, W 4’ x 10’, 5 HP Oversize Return Blower – Kongskilde, blower system to return over‐size material to fine mill. Vain feed type, 10 HP Fiber Separator Table – Forsberg, three point textile removal. W 24” x 18’, 2 HP Drum Magnet (#2) – Dings, rotary type magnet separator for removal of fine metal. Vain feed type, 1 HP Product Discharge Blower – Kongskilde , blows crumb rubber to bagging station. Vain feed type, 10 HP Bagging Station – For loading of finished material into super sacks. Two position bagging station, with flop gate, weight scale and tag printer Water Cooler System – 20 ton chiller for cooling of mill rolls and bearings. Thermostatically controlled circulating system, 10 HP Air Compressor / Dryer – Compressed air supply to bag house and various work points. 120 Gal. tank, 15 HP Fiber / Dust Collector Equipment – Farr, ventilation and filtration for dust and textile removal.
