Normal playground activities will run alongside all planned activities. These
include: Use of outdoor play structure and bike track, zip wire, large grass area,
sand and water play area and multi-use games court. Indoor activities include
pool, table tennis, console games and art room.

Juicy Blitz will be closed from Monday 22 August to Friday 2 of September 2016.
FREE activities for young people aged 11-21 years.
Monday’s - Cooking Project 4:00 – 6:00 pm
A cooking project for young people, where they can improve their knowledge around healthy eating, learn and
develop new cooking skills, and plan to cook a meal for friends & family.
Tuesday’s– Young people’s Café & Drop in Session (Open Access) 3:30 - 5:30 pm
Young people can come in, hang out with their friends, use the computers, seek support from the staff, and
take part in the activities that Juicy Blitz has on offer, which will include a variety of recreational creative
activities.
Juice, hot drinks, and hot cheese toasties or similar will be on offer free of charge.
Thursday’s– Fresh Thursday’s & Drop in Session (Open Access) 3:30 – 5:30 pm
Young people can come in, hang out with their friends, use the computers, seek support from the staff, and
take part in the activities that Juicy Blitz has on offer.
On ‘Fresh Thursdays’ there’s a smoothie making and/or healthy eating/ cooking activity to take part in, for
those who want to.

Thursday 11 August: Trip to Airhop, Bristol (Times to be Confirmed)
If you would like to bounce around then Airhop is the place to be, not only is it fun, but its great way to
exercise. Places are limited so we recommend that you book in advance to avoid disappointment.

Tuesday 16 August: Assault Course (Run by Mendip Outdoor Pursuits) 1:30 - 4:00 pm
Young people have the opportunity to take part in an assault courses of obstacles that will test their teamwork, their mind, and their fitness! This course consists of two parallel routes of obstacles including walls,
balance beams, seesaws, mud crawl nets, under/over bars, underground tunnels. tyre climbs, river crossings*
and other surprises. The course is suitable for all abilities, but places are limited so we recommend that you
book your place in advance to avoid disappointment.
Other Activities on offer will Include;Football Tournament, A Music Workshop, A Graffiti Workshop, A Cooking session,
A Cycle Ride And Canoeing
