OUR PURPOSE :
Vol. 1
We set aside this one day to raise the global awareness and
intercession for God's purpose in the Philippines - our Nation.
Knowing that this hour in history is critical and our authority in
Prayer is greatly needed, we seek to unite every believers /
Filipinos to raise up a cry to heaven in behalf of our Nation and
fervently pray for the fulfillment of God's Divine Purpose to our
Nation.
JUNE 15, 2012 - "THE GOAL IS ACHIEVED"
THE WHOLE NATION JOINED TOGETHER ON A DAY OF PRAYER AND FASTING TO SEEK GOD'S
DIVINE INTERVENTION. AS
A RESULT:
THE PHILIPPINE WAS SPARED FROM THE WRATH OF
TYPHOON BUTCHOY (JUNE 15, 10:37am,Butchoy changes its direction), COINCIDING
WITH THE MAGNITUDE 6.1 EARTHQUAKE IN MATI, DAVAO (10:39am) AND GIAN, SARANGGANI
WITH MAGNITUDE 5.5 (10:29 am).
MIRACULOUSLY, THERE ARE NO CASUALTIES BECAUSE OF GOD'S DIVINE INTERVENTION.
At first glance, one may notice that
not so many delegates were
present at the exact venue of the Prayer Rally, compared to God Save
the Philippines in 1999, this is due to the fact that people were advised
to remain in their respective homes because Typhoon Butchoy were
intensified with the heavy monsoon rains, it is not safe for the people to
travel, but the whole Nation joined this day of Prayer and Fasting in their
respective homes and churches. Not knowing that in the exact place
where the prayer rally was held, not a single rain poured out,
disclaiming even the weather report that Clark will have a 100kph of rain
according to PAGASA. This is undeniably, the manifestation of God's
awesome power.
A few days before the prayer rally, we received a call from Malacañang
appointment's office na nagsasabing nakikiisa ang ating Pangulo, Pres.
Benigno Aquino III, at idedelklara niyang "holiday ang June 15." Subalit
ito'y inoppose ng ilang mga politicians, gayunpaman, dahil sa lindol na
naganap sa parteng Mindanao at sa lakas ng ulan, sa Luzon at
Visayas, napilitang manatili sa sariling tahanan ang lahat. Is this a
coincident or it is God's wake up call to this Nation to return to Him and
if He alone will be exalted, He will intervene to save this Nation. For
God's divine purpose is to set this Nation as an example to the world, to
show His power and sovereignty over His creation.
While the rest of the world is having weather turbulance, God covered
Astro Park with His wings of Mighty Protection, whereas no drop
of rain poured out during the Prayer Rally
What transpire on June 15 is God's wake up call to His people, a
parade of God's awesome power. Indeed it is God's appointed time to
pray and fast.

GOD’S WAKE UP CALL FOR HIS PEOPLE
Greetings in the Mighty Name of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ.
To everyone who has been a part of the June 15, launching of the National Prayer of Repentance
received our heart full thanks giving. In the midst of all adversity we have overcome. Indeed there are
struggling times before its culmination, we have face many Goliaths - pertaining to the Goliath of the
walls of organization which serves as the dividing walls, the forces of witchcraft which attack us through
sending hundreds of bats (paniki) and insects every 6 o‟ clock in the perimeter of our church at Salita ng
Buhay for 3 consecutive weeks, but were driven by the prayerful declaration of the power of Christ
redemptive blood and thirdly, the super typhoon named Butchoy.
The moment of solitude where no churches joined us and the pain of ridicule and insult when someone
told me, “Paano ka tatayo Pastora di kana kilala ngayon”, I was amazed thinking, “naging showbiz na
rin ba ang church? dapat sikat ka” and so I answered petitioning them, “kayo ang kilala please pakiecho sa mga churches ito”,na-„hotseat‟ ako, na Q&A nang ilang ulit ng mga leaders ng organisasyon
dahil sa Vision, kasabay ng pagllitis kay Corona sa Senado, but a few days before the prayer rally, they
sent an emissary to announce the verdict “not to support the National Prayer of Repentance”
together with their members. So I replied,”„I respect your decision,I understand we have our own
program, but this is not man‟s program ,ito ay programa ng Diyos sa pagbabalik-loob ng
kanyang bayan”. It was at that point I realized, why when I requested one of our youth before, but now
was a pastor‟s wife, replied, “basta may basbas ng organization namin walang problema pastora”… “e
paano if walang basbas ng malalaking organisasyon pero may basbas ng Diyos?”. Now I realized I am
facing the same dilemma I encountered decades ago so I cried out to God. The Lord impressed in my
heart, be strong, pagkat ang unang pader na haharapin mo ay mga walls of organization na
nagsisilbing pader sa pagkakaisa ng aking bayan… now the Lord open my eyes to see the bigger
picture and the true scenario – even the church and its ecclesiastical organization must REPENT, for
we allowed the spirit of materialism, greediness, partiality, secularism and politics to crept in. We
may not have idols but the names of our organization, ministry and our very self can be a form of idols
to us.
Dapat nating maunawaan na maaring gamitin ng Diyos ang malalaking organisasyon bilang vehiculo ng
pagkakaisa ng bayan ng Diyos, subalit maaari rin itong gamitin ng puwersa ng kadiliman upang
magsilbing pader na haharang upang hadlangan ang pagkakaisa ng Body of Christ. Dapat tayong
gumising sa katotohanan, walang Pastor na nagmamay-ari sa mga mananampalataya. Tayo ay may
tagapangunang Pastor ang Panginoong Hesu Cristo na Siyang tunay na Dakilang Pastol, ang
tunay na Pinuno, the Head of the Church. „Di dapat magpagamit sa mga organisadong institusyon na
kumo-kontrol at gumagamit ng impluwensiya upang kamtan ang anumang makasariling adhikain.
Marami ring mga organisasyon na nagtatago sa abito ng kabanalan at pagtataguyod ng katuwiran
ang nabubuo tuwing malapit na ang eleksiyon. Huwag tayong magbulag-bulagan sa katotohanan
nagagamit ang mga inosenteng mananampalataya para sa makasariling platapormang may bahid ng
politika. Ilang beses na bang naging sanhi ito ng paglalabo-labo ng mga organisasyong maka-Diyos
dahil sa mga kinakampanyang mga politiko.
Siyasatin natin ang ULTIMONG MOTIBO, marami rito ang nabubulagan para makakuha ng suporta sa
pamahalaan,magkamit ng katanyagan,pursuit for power driven by greed ”pagkagahaman sa
kapangyarihan”. Gaano kalalim ang sugat na nagawa nito sa body of Christ? "The sacred must be
separated from the profane", „di dapat mahaluan ng mga systema ng mundo ang mga bagay na
sagrado na dapat lamang magamit sa pagluwalhati sa Diyos. TANDAAN NATIN ANG TANGING PAGASA NG BANSANG ITO AY ANG DIYOS MALIBANG DALAWIN NG DIYOS ANG BANSANG ITO
walang sinumang tao, organisasyon at pamahalaan ang may kapangyarihang magsalba nito sa
pagkabulok at kapahamakan. Nalimutan na ba natin ang kilos ng Diyos? Hindi nakuhang paalisin
ng sinumang pangulo ang base militar na siyang ugat ng paglaganap ng prostitusyon sa ating siudad
subalit ng pumutok ang Mt. Pinatubo, ito ang nagtaboy sa hukbong militar ng Amerikano. Iniligtas ng
Diyos at muling itinayo ang Angeles City, GOD declares, “I HAVE NOT SPARED ANGELES CITY
WITHOUT A PURPOSE FOR THIS CITY KNOWN TO BE SIN CITY WILL NO LONGER BE CALLED
AS SIN CITY BUT SAINT CITY when I make My mighty visitation”. Kailangan pa ba na isa pang
trahedya ang maganap upang ang plano ng Diyos sa ating siyudad ay maisakatuparan o tayo‟y
makipagkaisa sa diyos na ito‟y maganap? The part of the church and any religious order was to serve
as God‟s gatekeeper,to serve as church militant to build a spiritual wall of God‟s protection through
prayer and Godly instruction that righteousness will reign to this Nation. The church must return to
BASIC “MY HOUSE MUST BE A HOUSE OF PRAYER and PRAISE” upang ang bawat iglesya ay
tunay na maging daluyan ng pagpapala at kanlungan ng kaligtasan.
GOD’S WAKE UP CALL FOR HIS PEOPLE TO UNITE: JOHN 17:21
We have saturated invitations and requests for the churches to
join the 500 voices of Pampanga, no one attended. At the last
practice, my daughter who was the musical directress looks at
me, in her eyes I know she is asking “why?”, as I hold her hand, I
told her, “anak tandaan mo sasamahan tayo ng mga anghel ng
Panginoon, magpakatatag tayo, kasama natin ang Diyos”. True
enough, a Christian (bro. Ryan) approached Princess the day
after the prayer rally, he said they heard the prayer, praise and
worship until 10:00 pm, their church did not announced it but they
were able to join the prayers in their home. What amazed us is
that they lived in Mabiga, Mabalacat, which is quite far and is
impossible for them to be reached by the sound wave produced
by the sound system we hired in Astro Park.
Hear the voice of the Lord church, In this last hour, the church became immune to diversity of
sound. That is why it is easily swayed at madaling maanod sa agos ng kamunduhan. Huwag tayong
karaka-rakang sumunod sa mob, Majority must not be our basis of standard, when God wants to
do great things .He uses the minority, just like in the times of Gideon. God is searching for the
remnant who is willing to obey Him at all cause. The Lord declares in John 10:16, “I HAVE OTHER
SHEEP THAT ARE NOT OF THIS SHEEP PEN, I MUST BRING THEM ALSO.THEY TOO WILL
LISTEN TO MY VOICE AND THERE SHALL BE ONE FLOCK AND ONE SHEPHERD”. Every believer
must learn to discern the difference between the mere command of man‟s voice to the voice of God.
By being acquainted with Him through spending quality time in solitude with “our maker”, YESHUA
ADONAI THE KING OF THE UNIVERSE. Sa wakas, magpakatibay kayo sa pamamagitan ng inyong
pakikipagkaisa sa Panginoon at sa dakilang kapangyarihan Niya (EFESO 6:10).
GOD’S WAKE UP CALL FOR HIS CHURCH MILITANT TO ARISE
Revelation12:17 “…then the dragon was enraged at the
woman and went off to make war against the rest of her
offspring”, those who obey God‟s commandment and hold to the
testimony of Jesus.
Revelation 13:1 “…and the dragon stood on the shore of the
sea…” Before the tsunami hit Japan, a black horse of
apocalypse appear on the seashore. The Lord impress in my
heart the church must be on guard for the forces of
darkness will use the wave of the sea & the storm to bring
destruction.
The most struggling moment was the night before the prayer rally, we can feel the strong wind and
rain, that night, I gathered all the church participants and asked the women (mostly widow) who
announced and saturated the whole city, to surround the map of Angeles as a prophetic gesture of
building spiritual edifice of God‟s protection to the city and we began to weep and intercede in
behalf of the city as we rededicate it to the Lord. I also asked the men who saturated the 21 towns of
Pampanga to form a circle on the map of Pampanga and we unitedly prayed and rededicate
Pampanga. All of us, together with the Praise and Worship and with the children, surrounded the map of
the Philippines. We prayed and seek for God‟s mercy and Divine intervention to protect our
nation as we rededicate it to the Lord God Almighty, until I saw in my vision a white line appeared,
starting to surround the perimeter of our Nation‟s boundary, only then we have felt the peace and
assurance of God‟s answer to our prayer of petition. The next day as I woke up, I received an
impression from the Lord that, I am not the only one holding prayer and fasting, thousands are joining
this day of fasting in their respective homes and churches, the goal has been achieved. That time, there
was a heavy outpouring of rain, so I asked the Lord, ”but there is the rainstorm, what about the Prayer
Rally in Astro Park?”, the Lord assured me, “as you step on that ground in Salakot and Anoint the place
,the rain will stop”. The Lord declares, “I am the God who parted the red sea, Your Lord who calm
the storm, be still & know that I am God”. Then the Holy Spirit remind me, “di ka na nasanay
remember everytime you were mandated to hold prayer rally you encounter storm, the first crusade you
did (1993) there was storm, but it stop when the crusade start & 300 families accepted the Lord,in 1999
as you held God save the Phil. A supertyphoon heading towards the Philippine territory diverted its
course and hit Hongkong instead with signal no.10, now it is only butchoy, have faith…” I asked
forgiveness because it was a decade ago, I almost forgot or is it because I‟m so exhausted at that time.
After hearing from the Lord, I told the youth what the Lord told me and I ask sister Lilia to join me in
anointing the banners where the Names of the Lord were inscribed. Around 10am we went to Salakot
amidst the strong wind and rain, but as I dedicate Salakot to the Lord and annoint it and so are the
workers, as the Lord promised, the rain suddenly stopped.
In my heart, I know there was a battle in the heavenlies, but that battle belongs to the Lord. He is
the One who mandated me “to gather His people on June 15 on the place where they have first return
to Him”, almost 2 decade ago as we held God Save Pampanga United Prayer Rally from 1993 to 1999.
Indeed, June 15, 2012 was the Kairos time where our Lord visits our City, His Mighty Hand
calmed super typhoon Butchoy, which diverted and changed its direction.
Many delegates declared that they have seen the “manifestation of
angels”. One child whose parents just came from Qatar told her
mother while pointing, “Jesus is here but He is mad”. The child‟s
grandmother testified in her devotion before they arrive at the venue.
The Lord gave His word, The king of Egypt does not let my people
go and gave His word in Exodus 10:3, “Let my people go so that
they would worship Me…if you keep on refusing I will bring
locusts (disaster)in your country tomorrow…”. This is also the
same word I received from the Lord as we went to that place when I
annoint the place (Salakot) on that morning. Before the prayer rally
was over, some children saw Jesus, Smiling at them.
Have we missed God‟s appointed time of His visitation
to our City? Have we grieve the heart of our creator?
May the Lord have mercy on us & give us the 2nd
chance ….
THEREFORE, REPENT
AND RECEIVE JESUS

BY CONFESSING THIS
PRAYER:
“Almighty God and Father, thank
you for giving us your beloved Son
to save us. I invite you Lord Jesus to
come into my heart. I accept you as
my Lord and Saviour. I firmly believe
you offer yourself as the sacrifice on
the cross of Calvary to save and
redeem me from the bondages of
sin and all the curses attached in my
sinful nature. I surrender to you all
the sins that I have committed, wash
me with Your Holy Blood and I
receive by faith the new life in you,
empowered the Holy Spirit.
Inscribed my name in the Book of
Life, this I pray in Jesus’ Mighty
Name. Amen
SUPERNATURAL RELEASE OF
BLESSINGS BEGIN…
We have also experience the miracle of multiplication of food,
out of only I kilo of flour(arina) for the rice cake(puto),5 kilos of
noodles for pancit guisado,3 kilos of berenque,10 kilos of chicken,8
kilos of pork for menudo.., we were able to feed more than 200
workers plus delegates, there was an overflowing that workers
were able to take some on their way home. The next day typhoon
Butchoy, which changes its direction in the morning of June 15,
returned and landed on Samar. That morning, amidst the heavy
rain that started to pour, I counted the offering to pay for the
remaining balance that the prayer rally incur, the offering did not
exceed to P 3,000.00 and there is the remaining balance of P 32,000.00. I prayed to God “Lord alam po ninyo
di ko pinagkaperahan ang Inyong Gawain kahit kailan this is the reason, for 22 years of service in the ministry
as a Pastor, hindi po ako kumuha ng salary at hindi rin ako nag-solicit sa mga prayer rally tulad ngayon, pero
ayoko naman pong mapahiya ang Gawain Ninyo, nangako po ako na babayaran ang chrominence, soliman
at tarpaulin today”. That afternoon, I heard a knock at my door calling my name and someone handed me
money, tied in rubber band as I count it - P22,000.00. The Lord instructed me that the remaining P 10,000.00
would be taken from the church offering the next day. In my heart, I know it is again a walk of faith, since
most of the professionals and well-off members of our church transferred to the mega air conditioned
churches, the people who remained were comprise mostly of average
people, we hire a jeepney to transport them from Northville and
shoulder their travelling expenses. But once again God proves He is
our Jehovah Jireh, our great provider, we were able to pay all of
the remaining debts, truly, the supernatural release of blessing of no
lack transpires. That Sunday morning an earthquake with a magnitude
of 6.2 hit Pampanga. It is by God‟s mercy, there were no casualties.
That night, the Lord lead me to hold a solemn assembly with the people who joined the prayer rally and
give thanks to Him. Bro. Russell sounded the shaofar at sundown and celebrated the „yun kippur‟ as a
gesture of thanksgiving. The next morning, we heard from the news that typhoon Butchoy is leaving the
country and taking with him typhoon Carina which stop it in entering the Philippine territory. The Lord
declares,”if My people will return back to Me Revival will begin, if not, Retribution”. May
we heed to the Lord‟s wake up call, join hands together, fear not, for in this hour God will use the
NAMELESS and NOBODY, to show to the world that HE ALONE MUST BE EXALTED. God is no
respector of person, Siya ay nakikinig sa mga mahihina at maliliit . Panahon na upang isantabi
natin ang Pangalan ng ating organisasyon, mga doctrina at buwagin ang bakod ng
pagkarelihiyoso. Kung papaanong ang ginamit ng Diyos sa paghiling Niya sa Ama
ng pagkakaisa sa John 17:21 ay pananala ngin, ito rin ang ating gamitin sa
pagtugon sa petisyon ng Diyos sa kanyang bayan.

On December 21 to January 1, is the most crucial stage of the world‟s history. “I would like
to clarify, I am not prophesying the world will end in 2012 but what I am declaring is
about the vision the Lord unfold to me on Aug.1, 2010. That a killer earthquake
followed by a tsunami will hit our nation, during the time the world is holding holy
festivals and singing joyful song (Amos 8)”. In line with this vision, we are enjoining
everyone to join “SAMBA IN THE CITY”. Where we will hold the fasting which the Lord requires
of His people as written in Isaiah 58:6-12, “The kind of fasting I want is this: Remove the chains
of oppression and the yoke of injustice, and let the oppressed go free. Share your food with
the hungry and open your homes to the homeless poor. Give clothes to those who have
nothing to wear, and do not refuse to help your own relatives. Then my favor will shine on
you like the morning sun, and your wounds will be quickly healed. I will always be with you
to „SAVE‟ you; my presence will „PROTECT‟ you on every side. When you pray, I will answer
you .When you call me, I will respond. If you put an end to oppression, to every gesture of
contempt, and to every evil word; If you give food to the hungry and satisfy those who are in
need, then the darkness around you will turn to the brightness of noon. And I will always
guide you and satisfy you with good things. I will keep you strong and well. You will be like a
garden that has plenty of water, like a spring of water that never goes dry. Young people will
rebuild what has long been in ruins, building again on the old foundations. You will be known
as the people who rebuilt the walls, who restored the ruined houses.”
In line with this noble undertaking, we are requesting every Christians to go out of our comfort zone
and instead of feasting, let us share and give our Noche Buenas and Medya Noches to the
poorest of the poor in our country. Let us minister and go to the orphanages, prisons, hospitals,
home for the aged, street kids and homeless. Let our Judicial and Legislative bodies bring
justice and let righteousness reign in our Nation. All of us must, “RETURN BACK TO THE
LORD and PRAY and FAST”.
