Exploring The Great Barrier Reef: No Hamilton Island experience
is complete without a visit to the reef. It’s where you’ll find the
Hardy Reef Pontoon and Bait Reef. With two wonderful full day
tours, you have the option to snorkel or dive, take in the sights
from an underwater observatory or ride the semi-submersible. You
can also take a scenic helicopter flight from Hamilton Island over
Whitehaven Beach landing at the wonderful Great Barrier Reef
(available in both Cruise/Fly or Fly/Fly options) or a half day snorkel
or dive adventure around the best local island fringing reefs.

Please note, Guests must be 14 years to use the cardio equipment,
and 16 years to use the weights equipment.
Audio Walking Tours: Choose from two tour options; learn
about the history of the island in the ‘Village Trail’ or discover the
beautiful flora and fauna on the ‘Passage Peak Walk’. Tours can be
downloaded onto your smartphone from the Hamilton Island App
at one of the Wi-Fi hotspots at Resort Centre, Airport, Reef View
Hotel, Beach Club or qualia.
Clownfish Club: The Clownfish Club is Hamilton Island’s
child care centre catering for children aged 6 weeks to 14
even better by organising in-house night time babysitting
for a romantic night out. For more info phone 4946 8941.
Palm Valley Activities: Located at the southern end of Hamilton
Island, Palm Valley Activities offers a range of activities including Gokarts, a golf driving range and ATV tours. Open from 9.30am daily.
Sunset cocktails: With magnificent views over the
Whitsunday Islands, as the sun sinks slowly into the west,
there’s no better place to be with friends and family whilst
enjoying our cocktail creations. Every afternoon at On Tree Hill Bar
opened daily from 10am – 8pm.
WILD LIFE Hamilton Island: Pay for general admission and receive
unlimited entry for your entire stay on the island. General admission
includes our Daily Keeper Tours which feature our Koalas, Wallabies
and Wombats. Come and say hi to Freddie our talkative Cockatoo
or our dingoes and snakes. There’s also the opportunity of having
a photo taken while you Cuddle a Koala or one of our other animal
