Racing History: I have been interested in Drag Racing as long
as I can remember. I have been around it since I was about 4
years old. My father would occassionally race at some of the local tracks. In the late 90’s my mom remarried. The 69 Camaro
that I am currently driving belongs to my step-dad, Randy Gibson.
He raced this particular car back in the 80’s and 90’s, on the
street this car was known as the “Pink Camaro.” It was one of
the ‘baddest’ street cars around back in its day! He has currently
built this car with a 383 Stroker with Nitrous and has turned the
driving duties over to me. So now, it’s up to me to keep up the
reputation!
This year we finished 3rd in points, which we think wasn’t bad for
our first time out since we’ve brought the car out of retirement.
As far as the future is concerned we will be back at Atlanta Motor Speedway next year competing for 1st place!
