Of course, that is after they’ve played a little football and calmed down a bit. I am frequently amazed and inspired by their over-all knowledge of the Bible and how quickly they can relate the Scripture to practical everyday situations. It is a testament to the work and dedication of their parents, families, and the Children’s Ministry program we have here. It is a blessing and privilege to share this time with them before they graduate to the youth program.” Family: Husband – Bob, Kids – Scott, Beth and Kristen, Grandchildren – Fowler, Cole, Tate, Callen, Carter and Kesley Occupation: Self-employed Where do you serve in Children’s Ministry: 4th/5th Grade Boys SPLASH Teacher at present and Sunday School Teacher for 1st, 5th Grades & 4 Year Olds in the past How long have you been serving: Over 30 years So far, what has been your favorite thing about serving in Children’s Ministry: “Being able to influence children’s faith through meaningful, fun, hands-on lessons about life and the Bible. Excellent pre-planning on Becca’s part has made teaching a pleasure.
