HOW TO BOOK
Please e-mail or fax your concession booking request on agency business
letterhead detailing your ABTA number, agency name, address, and
phone number to 0191 2936245 or [email protected] with
the branch manager copied into the e-mail for authorisation.
You must also quote code: X0195
Requests must state the travel and
passenger details and faxes must be signed by the branch
manager to authorise the concession. Our booking team
will check availability and contact you by phone to
confirm the booking.
We can only accept travel agent concession
bookings via e-mail or fax.
