Series 2 Smart Guardian
The Smart Guardian Seal was developed by Relcor to
fulfill the request of clients that had a need for lower cost
seals. To reduce manufacturing costs, the Relcor
engineers employed an engineering material which was
less expensive than polycarbonate, yet still possessed
strength and clarity, without sacrificing the advantages of
its sibling seals (Clear, Royal. Laser and Bolt Guardians).
This was accomplished at a substantially reduced cost.
Recognizing the seal as an intelligent addition to the
Relcor product line it was appropriately named the Smart
Guardian Seal.
Standard Features Include
Housing portion, made of clear polycarbonate material,
provides an unrestricted view of the locking mechanism.
Stem portion made of green colored copolymer
polypropylene to vividly show stress marks.
Seals have Two Layers of locks and each lock has six
locking fingers, this prevents picking.
The green colored stem provides contrast against the
clear locks for improved visual tamper evidence.
Serial number embedded within the clear polycarbonate
material.
Any attempt to alter the number will result in Total
Destruction of the seal.
The serial numbers are preprinted in a vertical column on
the sheet to assist in control and registration.
Twenty Dispenser Boxes are packed per Master Carton
(600 seals).

The serial number is also presented in a 1/4 inch high
128 bar code format.
Each web of 30 seals is packed within a Dispenser Box.
Each Dispenser Box contains a Seal Issue Log &
Inventory Control Sheet.
