expertise to conceptualize all aspects relating to theme,
décor, linens, flowers, entertainment and more. Nemacolin’s
team of award-winning chefs are ready to create your
perfect menu that ranges from passed hors d’oeuvres and
buffets to plated catered meals. The time has come to
celebrate all that you have dreamed as it seamlessly
becomes reality. And don’t worry, an Event Designer will be
by your side for any last minute needs.
FAREWELL BREAKFAST
Your ceremony and reception are over and now it’s time to
thank your family and friends for their attendance with a
farewell breakfast just for them. Our expert chefs can create
magnificent offerings ranging from fresh pastries and fruit to
omelet stations.

Woodlands Resort, a 2,000 acre luxury resort in the beautiful
Laurel Highlands of southwestern Pennsylvania. Nemacolin’s
abundance of indoor and outdoor venue options, Certified
Wedding Designers and exquisite lodging offer you the ability
to create the day that you’ve always dreamed of. In addition,
the vast array of activities, amenities and lodging options
create an opportunity for a much needed, multi-purpose
getaway for family and friends.
Our Certified Wedding Designers will help you plan every
aspect of your day from the flowers to the cake, your hair and
nails to the entertainment and theme event décor, all of which
are available from our in-house experts. And we don’t stop
there! With so many venues to choose from, everything from
your engagement party to your farewell breakfast will be
unique and special.
LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION
Nemacolin features 318 guest rooms, suites, townhouses and
private luxury homes. All of our properties each offer a unique
lodging experience and most are newly remodeled.
 The Lodge: The hotel original to the property, the Lodge
offers comfortable rooms and suites decorated in an
English country style.
 Chateau Lafayette: Modeled after the grand hotels of
Europe, the Chateau features large rooms and suites with
vaulted ceilings, crystal chandeliers and marble
bathrooms with jetted tubs. Our exclusive Club Floor offers
personal butler service for all guests, as well as a
complimentary Club Lounge.
 Falling Rock: Nemacolin’s AAA Five Diamond hotel is a
breathtaking Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired boutique property
with 24-hour personal butler service and the ultimate in
luxury accommodations.
 Townhomes: Our 2-bedroom townhomes offer a more
secluded setting and are perfect for keeping wedding
parties close together.
 Private Homes: Ideal for families or groups of friends that
want to be together for your wedding day, our private
luxury homes can accommodate from 6 to 14 people
depending on the home.
 Transportation: Nemacolin provides complimentary shuttle
service throughout the property for all guests. Special
transportation, including limousine service, can be
arranged for the wedding party and guests. Nemacolin
can also provide the most romantic transportation option
available, a horse-drawn carriage.
BRIDAL SHOWERS, WEDDING LUNCHEONS/DINNERS
Nemacolin understands that all aspects of your wedding
plans are important, because all the little things lead up to
the biggest day of your life. From casual luncheons to more
formal dinners, our team of event designers can help you
pick the perfect location, decorations and menus. From our
ballrooms and smaller venues, Nemacolin has just the right

REHEARSAL DINNERS
The wedding party has arrived and everyone knows where
they are supposed to stand and what they are supposed to
do. Now is the time to help everyone get to know each
other. Our menu options allow for everything from casual to
formal and everything in-between. You can even choose to
make your rehearsal dinner a party with our fabulous themed
celebrations.
SALON, SPA AND BEAUTY SERVICES
At Nemacolin’s Woodlands Spa, we know that looking and
feeling radiant is of the utmost importance on your special
day. At our world class facility, we offer an array of
treatments to create an unforgettable experience.
In the day(s) leading up to your ceremony, choose from our
wide variety of indulgent Spa services, sure to leave you
feeling pampered and relaxed. Our customized services,
designed for both men and women, range from a 110-minute
massage (available as a couples service), body polish, mud
wraps, hydrotherapy treatments, facials, waxing, manicures
and pedicures.
The Salon at the Woodlands Spa is a full-service facility
specializing in formal styling, from classically elegant to
whimsical and fun. Complete your look with a customized
airbrush or mineral makeup application sure to provide you
with a flawless, photo-ready finish.
FOR THE MEN
Nemacolin offers the ultimate in outdoor adventure for the
groom and his groomsmen, from Jeep® Off-Road Driving and
target shooting at The Field Club to our 3,000’ Fatbird Flyer
dueling zip line, paintball and an intense ropes course.
Golf is always the ultimate guy event and our two
championship courses offer a challenge for golfers of any
handicap. Choose from the Pete Dye-designed Mystic Rock
or the traditional Links course.
