Communion Today
As we partake of communion today, please note that gluten
free wafers are available in individual cups on each
communion tray.
Pancakes Today!!
There are pancakes being served during the Life
Group hours in Fellowship Hall. Children are
invited to enjoy breakfast with their parents and
then attend their regular programs. See you there!
Pancakes in Pajamas
Family Fellowship Dinner is this Wednesday, January 6. You
and your family are invited to enjoy a pancake breakfast
beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall, children
participating in Awana are encouraged to wear pajamas. Cost
is $3 per person or $10 per family. RSVP online at
www.YourC3.org.
Women’s Ministry Winter Electives
New studies will begin January 11. Classes are offered on
Monday evenings or on Wednesday mornings. Stop at the
Guest Services kiosk in the lobby to pick up a handout with
class offerings.
January 17th-Sanctity of Human Life Sunday
In support of Sanctity of Human Life, Crosspointe is having a
Baby Bottle Boomerang event to raise funds for Pregnancy
Aid, a local ministry aiding women in need. Pick up your
baby bottle next week in the Gathering Space, fill it with
monetary donations, and return it no later than January 24 to
the Gathering Space.
January Sermon Series
On Sunday, January 10th,
we will begin the study of
Esther. Pastor Matt and
Pastor Jason will help us dive deep into the background,
experiences, and modern day connections of this 10
chapter book. In the coming weeks we will meet King
Ahasuerus, Haman, Mordecai, and Esther. You are
encouraged to read through the text before the first
week.
Refugee Crisis Next Step
Take the next step in your response to the Refugee
Crisis with Crosspointe as we host a time of testimony
and prayer with Pastor Avdal Boktor on Sunday,
January 10, at 7:30 p.m. Pastor Boktor and his wife
are ministering among Arab speaking people in
Detroit. The event will be hosted at Jim and Portia
Reimer's home.
Business Meeting Announcement
Crosspointe’s Annual Business Meeting is scheduled for
Sunday, January 31, following the 11:00 a.m. worship
service. The primary order of business is approval of
the 2016 church budget.
Giving Envelopes Available
2016 giving envelopes are now available for pick-up. If
you do not see envelopes for your family and would like
