Tug of War is fun for playing big group games, but the spiritual war we are in is not a cake walk. Matter of fact, James in the
Bible tells us to consider it pure joy my brothers when you face trials of many kinds. So, trials are coming and each trial is a
part of the plan God has for us. This year there has been many trials, but the Lord has taught us much. Ministry is not easy
and every successful team needs good leaders. Pictured above are a few FCA leaders the Lord has blessed us with. God’s
added to our leadership team this year and we are thankful. Pictures are worth a 1000 words so there are many pictures in this

FCA ZONE to give you just a taste of what the Lord has been doing this year. So
far in 2006 we have been in the spiritual battlefield from Marshall and Madison
Counties to the cities of Jacksonville, Blountsville, and Birmingham. We ministered in Nashville, TN, down to Orlando, FL and then Angie and I attended a National FCA Conference in Kansas City, MO where we were encouraged to keep on
keeping on sharing, seeking, loving and leading.
Praying with and for each group of
Another highlight for ‘06 is the Coaches Bible Study which began in March at

blessed our time together. I got positive feedback from many of the Coaches

and many are planning to bring someone with them next month. We have plans ed 12th in the nation!
to begin an FCA MEN’S HUDDLE which will meet each Monday and we are praying for Marshall Counties Coaches Bible Study to begin in the Fall. Summer Camp
is coming soon and we have a record number of coaches and students wanting to
attend. Unfortunately, many can’t attend with out a scholarship. These 2 big
events this month will help. If you can be a part it will make a difference for the
Lord! Thanks again for your support and God Bless!

good fresh FL oranges really are!
Todd’s idea serving oranges was
a hit! Nikki kept making bags.
This State Championship Team allowed me the pleasure of speaking to them the night before the SHIP!
We handed out over 400 chilled oranges with
holes bored out of the top, over 160 lbs of
bananas, delivered hot pizza and spoke in many hotel rooms plus we gave out hundreds of Gospel tracks and Bibles in FL!
The Mitchell Family worked and then helped keep our kids so Angie could work. They were such a blessing and allowed us to
know more this year than Angie and I could have ever gotten done alone. Cheerleaders were from our area and from all over
the country. We worked morning, noon and night but it is all worth it to know God’s Word will not return VOID.
